অধ্যাপক ড. মোহাম্মদ কায়কোবাদ একজন কম্পিউটার বিজ্ঞানী, শিক্ষক, কলামিস্ট এবং লেখক। তিনি বাংলাদেশ প্রকৌশল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স এন্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগে শিক্ষকতা করছেন। বাংলাদেশে গণিত অলিম্পিয়াড শুরু করার পেছনে তার উল্লেখযোগ্য অবদান আছে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পড়ুয়াদের জন্যে সবচেয়ে বড় প্রোগ্রামিং প্রতিযোগিতা এসিএম আইসিপিসি তে বুয়েটের অংশ নেয়ার ব্যাপারেও তার অবদান উল্লেখযোগ্য।
