Things Rarely Go Exactly as Planned

Unfortunately, sometimes they go so entirely wrong that it doesn’t seem possible. In “With Love From Lauren,” Lauren shares her gut-wrenching story of a relationship gone completely wrong. An abusive relationship that ended in suicide.

Lauren’s story is not pretty; in fact, it will take you through some of the worst things this life can offer. You will learn what abuse can look like, what can go on behind closed doors, and how it can truly happen to anyone. You will also see the ugly head that mental health illness can rear. Shockingly, once the rubble of each ugly piece of trauma has been cleared, beauty still remains. There is always light after darkness.

Readers will discover the power of community, and the importance of being there for people who desperately need it. “With Love From Lauren” is a wakeup call that everyone, especially young women, needs. Sometimes our worst nightmares do come true - learn through her message of resilience not only how to keep going, but how to embrace the beauty from the worst imaginable situations.

Lauren’s story of abuse, trauma, and resilience through devastating loss is one of a kind. Lauren sheds a light on abuse and loss in a personal and raw manner through the various horrible punches that life threw her way. So many emotions were felt in such a speedy read (I couldn’t put it down).
