SeVIIn Sick Sins: The Compleat Atrocities

TRIGGER EVERYTHING

"In excess shall you find salvation… you will be saved by your sin, or damned by it.”

The dark web has its own social media site.

It's called CIRCLES, and it's home to the most depraved members of humanity. Here you can buy and sell services such as contract murder or kidnapping; here, you can upload your home-made snuff movies for the delight of other users as sick as yourself; and yes, here on CIRCLES, social media stars rule, and the biggest influencer of them all is a user who calls themself the Disciple of Iscariot...

The Disciple and their cult of followers kidnap people they deem to be great sinners and subject them to punishments designed to cleanse their souls. For each of the seven deadly sins, a group of those accused of lust, gluttony, sloth, greed, envy, anger, and pride, are forced to commit atrocities in order to stay alive and avoid eternal damnation.

But what price salvation? Nothing is off-limits.

For the first time in paperback, these are the collected SeVIIn Sick Sins.

Sweeney is an infamous author of bizarro and extreme horror.

BANNED from sale on Amazon, his now notorious series of novellas known as THE SEVIIN SICK SINS, as well as the splatter-porno-western serial THE WHOREHOUSE THAT JACK BUILT, can be found exclusively over at indie horror platform Godless.com.

Titles available on Amazon include THE GARDEN GNOME (described by one reviewer as being like "Night at the Museum... if the exhibits wanted to rape and kill you"); THE CROP CIRCLE (a story which gave another reviewer the most horrible nightmare of his life); and THE LOLLIPOP MAN, a British slasher with a pitch-black heart of humour.

Forthcoming titles include THE SHOPPING LIST, an apocalyptic tale of generational incest and cannibalism, and FEE FI FO FUM.

This has got to be one of the sickest things I have read in a while. Thank you for making me feel ill in a few spots Kevin.
Do not even bother to pick this up if you have any triggers at all, you will be offended and appalled. However if you're a desensitized sicko like myself, go grab a copy now, it's awesome.

So, we barrel into a world of horrors beyond the imagination. The dark web has some pretty insane and twisted watch materials for fellow psychopaths that is for damn sure. Anyone who knows me, knows I love a new take on the classic seven deadly sins. Kevin was more than happy to deliver that in the most grotesque and messed up way. The first story involves Django Mann, the Cadaver Cassonova. Who works in a funeral home owned by his father and likes to do seriously disgusting stuff to dead bodies. As he explains to his followers the various ways to screw a corpse and well, there are many. Think Necromantic meets a Serbian Film, I mean dear god Sweeney! How do you know so many grotesque and detailed ways to mess up a dead body? The one move Up To Your Nuts In Guts, is most definitely an image now seared into my brain.
Either way, this had me holding back bile and regretting my dive down the rabbit hole. Did it get worse you may ask? Oh hell yes, it did! As we move through the sadistic bowels of hell, each story reflects its own sin. It also raises the question of how far people are willing to go, to gain an audience. With social media dominating more people's lives, my own includes when I do reviews and promote my books. You start to wonder how far is too far and then you meet The Disciple of Iscariot, where too much is a myth.
We stumble into the dark website Circles and by 'we' I mean you the reader. As Kevin takes us on a journey into the unknown, we follow the same path as the rest of the sickos. Whether it is to satisfy the morbid curiosity within or simply stumble blindly into the unknown. Sweeney makes it pretty damn clear as we go on, this is not going to be an easy ride. This story will either have you holding back your stomach content or your dark sense of humour will take over. Because in Kevin's imagination, you came here to be shocked and disgusted, but also intrigued and astounded. Prepare to hit all four as his storytelling goes wilder and more insane as we hit each sin-related video. As the disciples seek their pound of flesh, exact themselves as the righteous hand of god through Glory, Judgement and Hell.
Kevin is a master at inciting a guttural reaction from the reader but also keeping our pulse racing throughout. This evil mastermind has such sights to show you. With a cast of deplorable human beings that will make your skin crawl and your teeth crunch together with anticipation.

Ok, not really sure how to rate this one. It says Trigger Warnings: Everything on the back of the book. This is most definitely true and if you have any trigger warnings, you shouldn’t read this. I liked the storyline of “payback” or atoning for the seven deadly sins, however it was definitely very graphic. I think this is the first book where I’ve had to close my eyes - which speaking of eyes, way too much eye damage for me lol. While this should be a quick read as it has the seven short novellas in it to create the whole storyline, I had to read this in chunks to be able to handle it. I may need something a little lighter to read next. It definitely has horrors beyond your imagination!

WTF did I just read? I had seen all of the recommendations for this book all over tiktok and I thought what the hell let’s try it. When I say my jaw has not left the ground.. fuck that below the ground HELL. This book is literally saw meets the dark web. NOTHING is off limits with this book and the reason it took me so long to finish is because each chapter got worse and worse and my stomach could not tolerate. DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A SENSITIVE STOMACH. I vowed to finish it because I hate DNF-ing a book and I did but I will not ever read this again. PLEASE TREAD LIGHTLY LMFAOOOOOO

Very good book if you love gore and to feel sick to your stomach. As someone who thought they had a strong stomach this book definitely made me question that. It was good, very disturbing but didn’t really hit in the scare column. I would recommend this book to friends but they’ll think I’m weird so I’ll just recommend it here.

Kevin Sweeney writes Deviant Art and The Complete Sick Sins is a Masterpiece. By far, it is the best series I have read in as long as I can remember! Highly recommended for fans of Splatter / extreme horror, and it doesn't hurt to have a good sense of humor.
