After MCs met & had a ONS where both developed feelings for one another, heroine leaves him because she thinks he had something to do with her BFFs accident. Two years pass and heroine has become a model. In the present, she married OM 6 months prior and walked out of her marriage to get a divorce because he was abusing and mistreating her. She goes to work for Hero and this is where I DNF'd as I am not interested in characters that can't stay true - never mind that divorce is not done yet either.
Yet another 2nd chance today that I DNF'd for same reason. No idea if Hero was celibate or not, however chances are he was not as he is a player who likes short term flings and ONS.
PS: I consider it cheating when one or both MCs are not celibate after they meet and certainly are together and developed feelings for one another.

Zoe é aquela garota tímida que já sofreu muito na vida, mas que mesmo assim acredita em contos de fadas, porem ela esta realizando um sonho que não é dela e sim de uma pessoa que já não estava poderia realiza-lo. O sonho de Zoe é simples, ela quer apenas ser amada e ter uma grande família.

What a fantastic story. I was hooked from the first chapter. The love story between the 2 main characters was addictive. From their first meet to the time they are in contact again, they had me enthralled.
Great story, full-bodied characters, realistic scenarios, and hot sex.

So good
This was a very good book. I love the second chance romance story for the main characters. I also love how everything turned out for them. There is some spice, and the scenes are fire it is not just about the spice. Overall, it's a great book with great characters, and I can't wait to see what's next for the family.

Fantastic.
An extremely wonderful book, the chemistry between the couple from the beginning caught my attention. The Author has a fluid and engaging narrative. Spectacular. From the first word I couldn't stop reading,

awesome lots of spice but a good angsty story
Couldn't put it down once I started it. For our main couple there was t ever smooth sailing or everything running smoothly. Sure while there was great plot could have been a little more character development but it's still a fun read.

I loved the instant attraction that Christos felt toward Zoe when they first met. From that moment, you knew it was going to be entertaining & intriguing. The chemistry was palpable and so was the tension, like omg you could feel it from my kindle Screen.

I loved it! It was amazing. It was beautiful. I was hooked from the beginning. I was hanging onto every word.

This read more as a script than a story to me. The writing was cold and emotionless.
Like, I didn't pick up obsession vibes at all.
And the plot was all over the place. She's a naive 18yo who catches a billionaires eye. Everyone thinks she is beautiful and could model, but we barely get any more description than that.
I laughed when I read the line "mature for her age" because the consistent dialog the FMC uses contradicts that.
It's one outlandish plot twist after another.
This book gave me bad vibes. Despite supposedly being a spicy romance book, it feel puritanical. There's also some fat/diet shaming that happens

I was hanging on to every word!
This book was so good! They originally met on a yacht. Had a steamy one night affair then it picks up again 2 years later! All the characters have depth. I found myself getting anxious for Zoe in many of the scenes. She’s a character I could really relate to. Shy and vulnerable, scared, anxious and depressed. But then a Greek god shows up as her Prince Charming. I love how he forced her to use words to describe what she was feeling. They had an instant electricity! I can’t wait to read the next book. The only thing I would change would be for every chapter under the number to state who is speaking so I didn’t have to read a few paragraphs or more to figure out who. But still a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ book!

Considering I had covid last week. OOF bad timing on reading this lol. This was the first book that I read that incorporated the awfulness that the pandemic had put us through. This story was so freaking adorable. I can't believe how quickly I rushed through it. Age gap, instalust turn instalove.
Christos our older billionaire with the secret identity. He's finally met his match with Zoe. Innocent, beautiful and sassy. Just what he was looking for. And Zoe our young model, just craving to be loved. Growing up in foster care is no joke. So much bad things happen there that's under reported. Being 'returned' happens all too frequently. Zoe got lucky and found a family. But that doesn't mean the problems go away. All those feelings she developed while in foster care.
It was so cute to see how their lives had moved forward in the time jump. Neither of them got over one another. Even if they pretended too. The universe wasn't going to let those two part ways for too long. Quickly finding one another. Christos taking care of Zoe for the first time in her life. Without even having to ask. It's so wholesome and cute.
This was a such a good story. I loved the cute little cheesy bits.

Outstanding book!
This was an outstanding story by author D. A. Lemoyne! She is a new author to me, but the picture on the front of the book was VERY captivating!! I began reading it and was caught up in the story right away. Excellent story line and good character development! I could follow very well and there was no further explanation necessary. I loved the beautiful ending - VERY ROMANTIC!!

I received this book as an ARC and it was my first book by this author! I’ll definitely be going back to read her other books! I liked the pace of the book and Christos is a literal Greek God 🥵🥵🌶️🌶️🌶️

I love a *fictional* man who knows what he wants and takes it. This man had me panting from beginning to end. Give me an age gap romance and I am in love MAKE THAT MAN POSSESSIVE and I’m a GONER. UGH, I loved this book so much.

I have read the book and also listened to the audiobook narrated by Dani Staro. The narrator does such a great job bringing Zoe's personality to life. Zoe and Christos meet on a ship where she is working as a waitress. He is a much older Greek man, 20 years her senior and she is a young American. He is immediately obsessed with her. He will stop at nothing to make her his. Oh, he is also a billionaire tycoon. They spend one night together and Christos realizes he wants more. And he never wants more from other women but something about Zoe intrigues him. After Zoe leaves they don't see each other until two years later. This time he vows he will not let her go. I really enjoyed this book. The billionaire alpha male is one of my favorite tropes. Their chemistry is electric and Zoe finds herself falling for him as much as he is for her. This is a very spicy second chance romance. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Went into this expecting an age-gap romance with lots of sex and action, and an obsessive romance that ultimately makes up an entertaining but superficial read. I was completely wrong. Wow this book went deep and I was not expecting that. My heart broke for Zoe, and as much abuse and trauma she was dealt I absolutely loved her support system.
My one major gripe with this book is, funny enough, the age-gap even though that's the main reason I wanted to read this book. I thought our heroine was at least 20, not freaking 18 and an incredibly naive and young one at that. I'm perfectly accepting of age gaps, no matter how large, so long as there isn't a huge maturity gap, which is what we have here. Zoe at 18 is very much still a kid, not an adult at all and so Christos felt really predatory in the beginning, and not in the obsessive romance way. It just felt very messed up and wrong because he's twice her age and should have known, as I think most of us readers can figure out, that she's NOT emotionally ready for sex. And given the awful situation she has just been subjected to, getting her into bed should have been the last thing on his mind. It was the beginning of a lot of heartache for a girl who wasn't emotionally or mentally capable of handling it. Lol I know, I know, if we hadn't had that we wouldn't have much of the plot that made up the book. Anywhoozers....
And shout out to the author and her team for being super kind and helpful when I accidentally deleted the ebook off my kindle (long story).

Ella huye de su marido y se reencuentra con el Héroe y acaba trabajando para él...
No soporto las historias donde nos tratan de justificar infidelidades. Me da igual si el cornudo es su marido. Es infiel y punto. Pero si le sumamos además que apenas un año después de estar con el Héroe y desarrollar sentimientos por él, la heroina se casa con otro hombre... no parece ser alguien muy fiable, la verdad.

I appreciated the immediate attraction Christos aka Xander experienced toward Zoe upon their first meeting. From that point, it was evident that their connection would be compelling. The chemistry between them was undeniable, like magnets irresistibly drawn together. The progression of their relationship culminated in several intensely passionate moments that had been eagerly anticipated following their reunion. Zoe and Christos' story was exciting, angsty, mysterious and of course romantic.
The characters in this book are exceptionally well and meticulously crafted. The romance is captivating, and the early plot twist along with the subsequent, enhances a well-constructed storyline. The emotional growth portrayed between Zoe and Christos is profoundly warming. I truly enjoyed this book, and I have purchase Odin's book which is next. A good read if you have not read books by D. A. Lemoyne, I would purchase this story.

From about chapter 10 on, I had a hard time putting the book down as I was fully invested in the MMC and MFC's story.
If you are looking for spice, this one is full of it!
I felt the book could have ended prior to the epiloges. It felt like the ending was added in chunks of time and wasn't necessary. Overall it was good read and looking forward to the next book.

Christo and Zoe's story was emotional. It broke my heart, had my eyes tearing up, and still managed to make me smile.
Her sweet nature works well his personality. They balance each other out and complement one another perfectly. Having read the Kostanidis Family series beforehand, I already knew of their existence, but having the chance to read their story was incredible. 🙃
