Hello, my name is Vanessa. No, I don’t have a drinking problem and nor is this my opening line for an AA meeting.

No, what I did do though was witness a murder.

A very gruesome murder.

A mafia murder.

Because clearly, I don’t do things by halves.

Which means I am now being hunted.

The problem is I have not only been thrust into the dark underbelly of a crime syndicate…but it seems this one fights their wars with Fangs not just guns, making them doubly dangerous.

Because wouldn’t you know, Vampires aren’t just hot guys on screens that are addicted to the taste of blood.

No, they are deadly real.

Emphasis on the deadly part, as now they have their sights set on me. Oh, and the ones hunting me, just so happen to be the ones that own this damn city. A menacing, utterly terrifying twin brother duo that are admittedly hotter than the Hell they most likely came from and have more muscles for me to count. Especially when running as fast as my short legs will take me from both of them.

Meaning there is nowhere for this unlucky shop assistant to hide. See, didn’t I tell you that I didn’t do things by halves.

Well, this is my story and in it,

I am also cursed with a deadly attraction to both of them.

Now all I can hope for is that my blood doesn’t taste as sweet as they are both convinced it will and this city sized obsession, they seem to have with me will fizzle out soon.

Because as it stands, they seem determined not just to capture me but to tie me up and keep me forever entangled in their eternal…

Blood Bonds.

Blood Bonds is book one in a trilogy. Books 1 and 2 end on cliffhangers and book 3 is a HEA.

This author has a toxic addiction to italics and ellipses and her editors don't have the gumption to say to the author "you need to break up with them." I'm astounded that the author has a catalog such as hers, and yet she is making errors that 8th and 9th graders make re: formatting, dialogue, proper noun capitalization and character development.
Two stars were deducted due to the terrible use of ellipses, italics and the blatant book stuffing techniques that existed in this book.

The MMC's are supposed to be HUNDREDS of years old, yet they don't remember their second in command saying her mind was warped? And what happened to the witch that was supposed to come and check the FMC out?

The book had a unique story and some unique elements, but the author published a rough first draft and it was off putting.

At present time, this is a MFM book, and there are an OBSCENE number of nicknames for the FMCV. Keep in mind that most of them are in the book and do not following proper grammar formatting.
Nicknames: little one, sweetheart, Firefly, Peaches, little Peach, Pet, little one, sweet Nessa, sweet little Nessa, babe, pretty girl, baby, Little Firefly, sweet girl, little drunk girl, perfect little treasure, little Love, beautiful, Love, girl, baby girl, and sweetness.

TWENTY-TWO NICKNAMES BETWEEN TWO MEN FOR ONE WOMAN. And someone should tell the author that putting "little" in the terms of endearment doesn't make it original or good.

Man, this story held such promise but the authors editors did the story dirty.

That Stephanie’s done it again.

Now I will wholeheartedly admit.. I am a die hard fan ..( no…not the ‘stalkery’ type.. the.. I love all her books type…) which might mean I’m a teensy wee bit bias..however an honest appraisal I hereby do scribe.

A fiesty funny heroine, dark, brooding, handsome vampire twins and what is looking like the start of a centuries old revenge plot are to be had in this here book one.
I was on a rollercoaster ride of emotions.
Laughing at our heroine’s witty comebacks, drooling over sexy twin one and sexy twin two and cursing and booing at the baddie.
Like all of Stephanie’s books, she lures you into her characters worlds of myths, and legends and magic and keeps you wanting more.

My only criticism…**
I read it too blooming fast…
‘O nooo’ she says in mock horror… ‘looks like I’ll have to read it again…’

** yes it was self criticism!

This was an enjoyable read. This is the first book by this author I've read. It made me feel like the first time I read twilight in middle school (positive), which was what made me love vampire romances to begin with. The plot and world building were interesting, but there were some plot holes and inconsistencies that detracted from the story. Some of the things that were introduced early on weren't explained well or weren't overly relevant. I would have liked for the brothers to have had a more plot relevant reason that they kept leaving her every night, especially after introducing what I assumed would be an antagonist in the prologue. Another round of editing could have resolved this along with the grammatical errors/strange sentence structure.
Overall, I'd recommend this book. I want to see her relationship with the brothers grow and the steamy bits were built up to well with lots of tension and good payout. I couldn't put it down and I look forward to the next book.

Admittedly, I am a fan of these types of "romance" novels. And, admittedly, I am a fan of Stephanie Hudson's writing style. This story is slightly different than her other stories, but still an enjoyable read. I felt sorry for Vanessa and what she has learned about her burgeoning relationships between the twins, but it is still intriguing to continue to discover what is truly going on. I guess I'll stay tuned to find out!

As ever Stephanie Hudsons outstanding story telling , gave me another sleepless night. What a story line . The characters are described so well I get a picture in my head of each one . The story grabs you in the first pages and does not let go. The 2 Vampire Kings have waited many life times for their Fated. But Vanessa is so self doubting . Due to past history. She believes a Fortune teller that says the Kings are not hers and wouldn’t look twice but for the curse she put on Vanessa. ( To make the 2 Vampire Kings think Vanessa is their fated mate ) All Vanessa must do is steal the Kings ritual Knife. Give this to the Witch. Said curse would then release the Kings tie to her . They would forget her entirely as if she never existed .Vanessa has fallen deeply in love with them and thinks she is setting them free. To find their true fated. The twist at the end will have you going Nnnnooooo…… Well done again Stephanie another hit. Can’t wait for second book.

I didn't like it. The twins are supposed to be centuries old, extremely powerful vampire lords, but they behave like two cocky teenagers.

The writing itself is pretty immature and lazy. Characters keep saying "fuck", "fucking", "fucker" "asshole" all the time. I lost count on how many times they said it. You would think that two guys that lived for ages would have a richer and more mature/creative vocabulary.

They also keep telling to everyone how powerful and strong the are. Really powerful guys don't need to go around persuading their readers that they're powerful.

I also don't understand why Tal tried to kill Vanessa at first when he had Andras, who can erase memories, with him. He even felt bad about it since she was innocent, just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yet another fantastically, gripping tale!

Stephanie Hudson can do no wrong. Every book she writes is fantastic!
This current story tells the tale of Vanessa, a mortal girl who finds she is "the fated one" of not one, but two vampires!
The way the story is written keeps you gripped. You feel drawn into the story and can visualise everything. The scenes are written clearly and the emotions are felt by the reader.
Of course there are twists in the story and at the end you are desperate to know what happens next.
I can only hope there will be more to this as with all other series written by Stephanie!
I will be waiting with baited breath until the next instalment.

Stephanie Hudson for me is a favourite Romantasy author. This new world from her did not disappoint. I love me a vampire romance and this was exactly what I needed. Such an easy read and the world isn't overly complex which I enjoy, nothing worse then you brain hurting from trying to wrap your head around the ins and outs of a fantasy world. The FMC Nessa was amazing, and the Houdini moments had be cracking up. Now don't get me started on Talon and Victor, I was drooling along with the FMC. This author knows how to write some sexy assed MMC's. That ending though I am dead, I literally let at a very embarrassing squeal. I need the next book NOW 😵💯🌶️❤️‍🔥🥵

To say i loved this story is a understatement, i devoured this in one day.

I love all Stephanie's story's and this was no exception, but this was a different take on Vampire mates that i hadn't read before as this is a MFM with the vampires being twins. I loved the back and forth between the three of them and the chemistry was off the charts hot!!

I recommend this book if you love a Vampire mates story line with a twist and that ending will leave you wanting to read the next book to find out what is going to happen to them all.

Bloody hell and passion

Stephanie Hudson has done it again! As addictive as the blood of a vampire and as passionate and heady as it gets....

I NEED book 2! Yesterday!

If this isn't another best seller I may have eat steak raw. One broken girl, and fated vampire twins. Their obsession and her heart and soul. Poor broken Vanessa can't help herself even though she can't yet trust her feelings. Victor and Talon are certain... but do they understand it all?

Another cliff hanger ... 💓

Ménage à vampire!

Well, this one was a bit different. I didn't think vampires did share rides, even with their nearest & dearest! I've never come across a successful throuple, in my, admittedly limited, experience feelings always develop more strongly between two of the three. Like I said, though, I've only known two throuples, so there may be successful ones out there. Confronted with two gorgeous men like Victor & Talon I must say I would have happily had a night to remember, too!

A very ominous ending to this one, nothing good on the horizon for the twins.

It’s Stephanie Hudson.

I love any book written by Stephanie Hudson. It’s a great read with two sexy Vampire Brothers. Reminds me a little of Afterlife although there seem to be less descriptions in this book. That’s one thing I love about her writing. Even the secondary characters are well written. I’m very curious to see where this book leads and am anxious to read the next book. The only thing that threw me off was all the typos but of course they don’t detract from the overall story. Excellent cliffhanger ending! Who is the third Vampire?

Stephanie Hudson has done it once again and pulled me into her new steamy world of very dangerous, very alpha and very SEXY vampires. As the MMC's go to great lengths to get a hold of and keep the object of their obsession/affection, she constantly thwarts them, giving them a frustrating and infuriating run for their money. Blood Bonds had me page turning into the wee hours.
It's a great read that does end on a cliffy! I can not wait for book 2.

Amazing!!!

I really loved this book as I do all of Stephanie’s and read it all in two days couldn’t put it down.
Vanessa is just a normal girl with a job in a bookstore, she meets her fated but ends up getting mixed up in someone else’s plans so she doesn’t believe she ends up making a deal that will cause heartache for all once it’s all discovered. As usual this Ender on a cliffhanger and can’t wait to read more.
Definitely recommend!!!

Blood Bonds (Garnet Dagger Mafia book 1) by Stephanie Hudson is a 4 ⭐️ read.
This is the start of a new series by Stephanie Hudson it’s part of the Vampire Vixens group (multiple authors writing in the same world) I did enjoy this book but can’t say I enjoyed it as much as previous books by this author, but I honestly think I’m spoiled because I loved everything Afterlife and I can’t help wanting to compare them. I would recommend this book.

As usual, Hudson delivers!!

As always, Stephanie Hudson character building such a way that makes you immediately drawn in. This book is no surprise to me that it is well crafted with the best amount of spice. If you haven't read her other books run like a Hellbeast is chasing you and get them all. But start with Afterlife! I read a great deal for my work and have found romance, history, fantasy, spice and adventure by downloading her books.

Such a great book!! Golden Retriever Vampires!! Loved the plot and how it kept you guessing what came next. The banter, the brothers, the comedy, the one liners were perfect! And the slow burn had so much tension! Absolutely loved the way the author wrote the spicy scenes and the care she took with the main character and their development. Enjoyed this book a lot and boy did it end on a cliffhanger!!

Fantastic story!

I absolutely loved this story. It's raunchy, sassy and made me laugh too. These brothers are just what the Dr ordered. Tall, brooding, vampires who cherish and care for their Fated Mate - even if she somehow keeps escaping from them. Sadly, someone else is out to trick her and tell her all this is just a lie. After all, who would fall for someone like her?!

Wow! I have read all of Stephanie's books and this one doesn't disappoint. A slightly different spin from her Afterverse books, but equally amazing. Loved everything about this new Vampire Vixen story. The way Stephanie writes continually draws you deeper and deeper into the story, pulling you along the ride. What an ending, can't wait for the next book!

We wanted the last Hellbeast but what we got was this book and the promise of more Afterlife books 😒. Yeah sorry not going down that road. Keira and Draven are as about as fun to read as the next over done series. At this point I have dropped your Facebook group and moved on. You care more about merchandise and book signings.

Amazing Start To A New Series

I am a bit fan of this author. She really knows how to pull a reader into a story.

This is a vampire fated mates story. Twin hot vampires what more could a girl want. Our heroine Nessa has sone issues which was a little tiresome. I hope she finds herself in the next book. I can’t wait for that to be released

Another winner from Stephanie Hudson.

Very good storyline with good humor and likable characters. SPOILER: In classic Stephanie Hudson fashion…it ends on a cliffhanger. I thought this was a standalone, but I was wrong. Wish I had waited for more books to be released before I read this one just so I could binge through them. But love her writing as always.
