such an important issue to address!

The book’s practical exercises promote introspection and emotional resilience, helping readers transition from dependency to interdependence. The psychological rewards are immense, which can result in improved mental health and more balanced, harmonious relationships.

The book compels you to truly examine yourself, which is the most challenging part, however, it offers valuable techniques to help with this process. It cleverly explores the reasons behind your decision-making and identifies the factors influencing those decisions. This sincere and thoroughly researched book is undoubtedly a valuable resource for those in toxic relationships who need to liberate themselves.

This book really helps me understand different perspectives of my life and gave good suggestions for directions. I will continue to refer back to the workbook are of the pages and use the questions for help.
