Everybody out here drooling over Capo and Capp but I’m pretty sure Quameer is my baby Daddy!
“I recognized that nigga was bigger than me… I don’t ever back down so I beat his ass down to my size” Quameer was not the one to play with and he was just as unhinged as the twins. He was so smooth with it though, not a lot of talk, just action.
Ain’t nothing like a club brawl with pissy Alaia and her crew. Ninjas jumping bars, drop kicking other ninjas and getting hit in the head with bottles while stomping ninjas out with one hand and a drink in the other.
Basically book 3 was a whole lot of drama. Shootouts on the porch, shootouts on the highway, Rata Tatt Tatts and pow pow pows💥 💥💥 everywhere. Capp and Alaia got lost somewhere in between.

getting repetitive
As good as this series started out, it’s getting real repetitive. It’s getting to a point where it’s starting not to be good anymore. Sometimes too much is too much. Like let’s end it already. The brother should’ve been taken care of a long time ago anyway, and the way she got took was 🙄🙄🙄. Now it’s about to take Capp forever and a book to find her. I hope the next installment is the last one.

Jahquel with these endings!
I am absolutely loving Capp’s story! The way book 3 ended, I’m scared for the whole city as we all know he is about to WRECK SHOP! I’m looking forward to diving into the conclusion of his story, as the character development has been real!

This has been my favorite of the Cappadonna series so far. However it came with some issues (as did the previous ones). There are quite a few passages that are repetitive, which seem like filler but that is not something that I’m used to from this author. The editing is mediocre-(unnecessary) sentence fragments, incorrect word usage, confusing paragraphs. Again, this is not usual for this author but this whole series seems like it was written by someone else. Overall, though, this one was more interesting than the rest maybe bc Capp and Alaia are just not that interesting for me. But I do like how their relationship was built and the foundation it stands on. Love how Capp loves Alaia and how she loves him. Also impressed by the depth of knowledge about the Muslim religion. I am very interested in Capri, the lesser known Delgato. She def has a story to tell…

I cannot believe that I am almost done with Season two of the Delgato Familyyyyyyy. Capone's books were what will draw you in, immediately. Cappadonna's books will keep you here because he is just that entertaining. And I think Capri's books will be the ones to settle it down. Still crazy, but seeing her get her life in order will be amazing.
I accidentally got a peek into what is to come and I'm actually mad about it because I never read the synopsis for a book. I like to be surprised. Hopefully it gives so much more than the spoilers I saw.
10/10 would recommend.

This was much better written plot wise. I actually finished this one pretty quickly and can’t wait to read the next part to see what happens.

4.25 🌟 If I'm being honest with myself, all of these books are starting to run together and I'm forgetting what happened in which book lmao.
Nevertheless, I still can appreciate how Big Daddy Capp will crash out behind Alaia every single time! Also, I really appreciate Chubs / Capella for the complex, underrated character that he is. And Capri really has the messiest storyline of all-time, but I still wanna see her win because all Black women deserve to be loved properly. OH YEAH! Standing ovation for Ace and his enabling ass, gaslighting ass mama getting the karma retribution they deserved!
The banter and the shenanigans are still TOP-TIER in Jah's signature writing style that she does so well and like no other. Let's see how Cappadonna's series finale plays out, but I'm gonna take a little, much needed, mini break and read something else before picking up the last book as well as diving into Capri's books.

Omg we get it, they love each other, Joy’s crazy too, Capri can’t be alone, Capella is a blueprint of his daddy. Still a good story but I have to skip over some parts because it’s so repetitive!!!

Delgato Family
When the Delgato’s say “you’re mine” they mean it. Apparently the same is true for the author of this series lol. Jah has us in a chokehold with the Delgato’s and Inferno Gods and she is not letting up. Excellent storyline and character development. Cliffhanger warning but she’s not gonna keep us waiting too long.

A great series and why I understand for contractual agreements they gotta be broken down saying it’s a finale and ending on a cliff hanger was a lil wack. I feel like the chapters about Capri and Kincaid could’ve been elsewhere lol I ain’t even really need Capellas POV either since they will have their own books. Love Capri down and I’m glad she finally standing on business even if it took 3 books. I will say the back and forth between folks giving her grace and blaming her is a little annoying. Like her and Kincaid should’ve cut the losses in Capone III. They didn’t but Capri did give Kincaid an out and he never took it yet he in this story declaring how Jaz sex make him wanna cry and how Capri calling out another man name???? Like if that’s not the end of the relationship WHAT IS. Like the only reason I’m more on Capri side is she gave him the out and he tried/everyone tried to say oh she’s crazy, she wishy washy, WHOLE TIME SIS ACTUALLY WISE and tryna take her L peacefully and Kincaid not letting her. Like it’s one thing to have sex on a break but you ain’t use a condom yeah big dawg please release my girl so she can get her happily ever after. Hopefully in her story we see more lawyer stuff and less ride or die chick business. I want growth for her BADDD. Now on to Cappadonna, I just feel like I see why he was in jail lol, he do too much and not enough all at once. You say you love Alaia yet her brother still alive ? Like sorry he should’ve been the first on your to do list after Ace, the other wives too cus I’m sorry they a threat to your wife after all the foul stuff they did. Yet we end on a cliff hanger cus big bad wrestle machine ain’t square everything away. The book is good the series is fantastic but I feel like we spend too much time in other characters business when we need to finish Cappadonna.

you can tell this was a filler this was my least favorite book out of the series, we had another highway shoot out *sigh* and another pregnancy *sigh* its real repetitive and I still don't like Alaia however, I did enjoy Capella and Aimee starting to to open up and idk if im feeling Quameer for Capri.
