I appreciated the author's explanation of how ultra processed foods are defined. The implications for eating ultra processed items frequently were unnerving. The author provides great recommendations for transitioning away from these food items and explains the value of eating clean (avoiding processed foods) for even 30 days. A clear correlation is drawn between clean eating and benefits to overall health.

Excellent Read!

This was an excellent read. I have struggled with improving my diet for many years, and I found the information in this book about the danger of ultra-processed foods and the rewards of eating more organically inspiring. The author does a good job of explaining the “why” we have many of the poor eating habits and triggers, and I also found this understanding helpful. I highly recommend the book.

Great Book If You Want to Get Healthy

Great book for anyone trying to eat more healthy. The author shares alot of tips on not only how to choose the right food or recipes but also how change your habits and view health. Choice of food is important but also getting good sleep, practicing mindful eating etc I highly recommend this book.

Good information

The info included was good, but the writing was quite repetitive with the use of Imagine at the beginning of most chapters.
