She had lived and worked in New York City. Deeded a property, she moves to a rural town, where she finds great friends and shocking secrets.
Annie loves living lakeside in her big old house. She’s made a few good friends and even was hired to work on the local newspaper. All this gets turned upside down when she discovers a corpse with a knife in his chest in her friend’s walk-in cooler. Is the knife yielding maniac still on the loose?
Her quiet life is disrupted even more when Andy, a handsome young man, shows up on her doorstep, claiming to be Royal Canadian Mounted Police and she is pulled into an international investigation?
She trusts no one as she tries to figure out who the dead man was and why he landed in the walk-in. Afraid she’s just a pawn in a larger game, she wonders if Andy really is RCMP or is he dangerous?
Buy The Chilled Corpse to follow the international crime investigation and see if Annie can find answers or be the next victim.
