There is a space between spaces. One that can only be found by stretching the edges of time and space and peaking between the seams.

In the heart of the Rambling Forest, Edgar embarks on a journey to find the elusive Regaldo, his only hope of returning home. Alongside Mr. Gracie, he uncovers the mysteries of his past and what brought him to Cassini. Meanwhile, Elena grapples with her demons while facing new challenges, as Jude finds himself with an unexpected friend.

As war drums boom louder with the Drominion approaching, no one is certain they can escape their intertwined fates.

This book was a lot better than the first! But you do need to read them in order or it won't really make sense. The book goes back and forth between multiple characters and one I didn't find as interesting as the others but it ended up getting better as the story went on. There are no bad words and no sex scenes (same as the first book, which I think I forgot to mention on my review). This book also doesn't have a complete ending since there is a third book, it kind of ties up a few things but definitely isn't the full story. I would recommend this book but I didn't like the first as much and you'd have to read that one first - so if it sounds good to you, I would say go for it!
