The inspiration for the main character of this book comes from points and occurrences of the life of someone close to me. Using these points I was able to write a story about struggle, mental health and domestic abuse that many people hide in front of us Her hardship, loss and heartache something every man or woman can relate to. As you read the events and tale you will find yourself reflecting on your own battles with mental health, domestic issues and maybe finding the courage to fight your way out. Not everyone is so lucky. For her would she make it out? Would she win her fight? You will have to read to find out for yourself.

This book was obviously self published and not edited. It was hard to read this book, not because of the subject matter but because none of the characters had names. The characters could have better character development, names and be not so (pardon the pun) inflammatory. While supposedly a non Fiction book the afterword included the name of the victim.
