Crash has never failed a mission, loved a woman, or skipped the annual Virginia Birdwatcher’s Convention. When he's called to collect the dummy who stole the Florin Kingpin’s gold, it's just another job. But chasing a runaway thief isn't half as bad as dealing with Trina, the runaway bride. Throw in a trigger-happy Man of the Cloth, a vengeful Barn Owl, and some, ah, limited sleeping arrangements, only a miracle will keep Crash's record (and vow of celibacy) intact…
* Trina can't marry the Reverend. No matter what the church says. No matter what anybody says. Only Crash, the bounty hunter from hell, can help her. But sleeping next to a six-foot-six muscled warrior every night might complicate her plans to get out of Oklahoma. And remaining a virtuous woman grows, um, harder with each passing night...
Marion grew up on a small island where everybody knew everybody. This no doubt inspired her love of drama and steamy tales.
She writes small town romance featuring diverse characters who love getting into trouble. Aggressive Alpha country boys and strong-willed heroines abound in these interracial sexy stories from America's heartland.
Marion's breakout novel "Small Town Rebel" introduced the town of Florin, Virginia which was inspired by a real place in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In her free time Marion likes to read, crochet, and travel.
I love Sins of the South. There are some I don’t care for, but this one was actually not bad. Crash was a breath of fresh air, so was Trina. Trina at least has some class. If you’re going to pair these rednecks with black women, they need to have a higher education level than these guys, that’s all. I honestly enjoyed reading their story and I think I needed more on the ending, but I’m sure I haven’t heard the last of them yet. Great read overall.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The dialogue inspired me to laugh multiple times throughout the book. The lead female character was so naive in an innocent and believable way. The lead male character did his best to keep her out of unintentionally dangerous situations. I love HEA but I also loved the way this book ended for the couple. The author did not ignore the fact that the lead female was purposely sheltered and would benefit from not immediately jumping into a partnership with a lover. She was able to gain perspective by living life in a totally different type of place and learning about herself. The grandmother was a hoot as well as many, of the other characters.
I also really want to know more about the other couple mentioned in the book.

Small Town Hunter (Sins of the South) by Marion Meadows is Crash and Trina's story. We met Trina who is 18 yrs old. Trina's parents have promised a white racist minister her hand in marriage. He's obsessed with young girls. He's been watching her for a long time. Trina is so innocent. She beginning to realize that her parents care nothing about her. She has to save herself or die trying. She prays for a miracle when she escapes and the miracle is Crash!! Check out this series. Great story and secondary characters. 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾😍
My only con is that I wish this book was longer. We need more parts. A series about them. Crash and Trina have more story to tell. 🥹 Anyway y’all read this book you won’t regret it. Trina is an innocent small town girl who is forced to marry a creep and she at the last minute decides to run away. She runs into the one and only Crash. They end up going on a short adventure together and unwillingly fall in love with each other. There’s also some heat 🥵🥵🌶️🌶️
I thought it was going to be more action than it was. Especially with Sebastian. The Reverend.. But as it turns out. But much action with either man. Especially when Maimie hit the town. It was like she squashed everything that was going on with everyone. Maimie was no one to play with. That’s for sure. But Trina and Crash’s story was still cute and I enjoyed it. Can’t wait for the next book.
Another good story line about the Macalls clan, chock full of mystery and lots of drama. Crash and Trina’s story could’ve been longer. Love these two. Looking forward to hearing about Sebastian and Dee. Absolutely five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I hope you never stop writing! Your style is A+ from the flow to the lack of errors. I love your work!! Please don't let it be a long time for the next one🙏🏾🖤
I have read all of the Sins of the South series and this one tamer than the others, great characters which Ithoroughly enjoyed. Especially Mamie - this read was lacking in comparison to the other stories so was a little disappointed with this one.
I’ve read every book she’s written and she gets better and better with each tale of struggles and challenges. I love Crash and his efforts to be a better man. Can wait the next chapter of life in the holler
