The Complete Now Series
5 stars. 5 stars. 5 stars. This book series was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much. The characters were beautiful. I absolutely loved Emma and Cole from the start and prayed that Kayla would find a wonderful man. I was so happy that Ben came into her life. Both couples were meant to be together. This is a must have series. Buy the boxed set you won't be disappointed.

Enjoyable series, I thought it was one story but it's actually two stories the third book is about both sisters, have to say my favourite were Layla and Ben, which considering I didn't like Layla at the beginning was saying something!, but Ben talk about full on Alpha, very old fashioned but you had me at 6ft 5!!, good bit of drama, loads of romance, light on the angst but a good story to follow which keeps your interest, there is a lot of sex in this but who's complaining!! Enjoyable read that I would recommend.

(Now and Then) - Emma Carson (age 12) had this major crush on her childhood neighbor Cole Marlowe (age 15)!!! Several years down the road, Emma (now 24) is working as a graphic designer and Cole (now 27) as a lawyer at a law firm. One day, Emma has a run-in with Cole (literally) at a coffee shop, which they haven't seen each other in 10 years. Emma always thought that he had a thing for her sister Layla, while Layla is preppy and popular with the guys, Emma is shy and awkward around them. Everything changes when she realizes that he likes her for who she is and he only wants her. Emma doesn't want their parents and Layla to know about their secret relationship, but he wants it all out in the open. The only thing standing in the way of the present is want happened in the past!!!
(Now and Again) - Layla Carson (age 27) is the type of girl that is always getting lucky with the guys. That is, until a handsome former Marine turn confident cop named Ben Montrose (age 31) enters her life. Layla represents amental illness patient at the law firm and needs Ben to help her out on a case. Seeing Emma and Cole happily together only wants Layla to finally find the man of her dreams. One day as she is getting home after walking her dog (Prince), she finds an ominous note in the mail. She is terrified to stay in her apartment alone and she has to tell somebody, so who does she go to? Ben. Concern about her safety, he goes back to her apartment to make sure it's safe for her to stay there. After he makes sure that everything is safe, he invites her to dinner at a pub. As they talk, they try to build a friendship but they both know they want something more than that. They both are drunk on wine and beer so Ben takes Layla home. She thinks that she's going to get "lucky" but Ben doesn't want to since she's drunk, so he sleeps on her couch. Ben challenges Layla to a "game" regarding their sexual preference (Layla for the first two weeks, Ben the next two) and if Layla doesn't want to continue with the "sexual" relationship they can go their separate ways after the four weeks. That "game" could help their relationship survive or destroy it. As the "game" goes on, they wonder if it IS a "game" or true love.

I really, really like this story. I love Emma.... Lyla, not so much. Cole is so sweet.... and perfect for Emma. Again Lyla was kind of a brat and got on my nerves. Who does she think she is... well nevermind, I know who she thinks she is. :/
I like the relationship between Cole and Emma.
Book 2:
I don't know how you do it.... but you made me like Layla. I hated her in book one... OK, OK,... hate is such a harsh word.... more like didn't like her. I didn't like Layla but I changed my mind in this book. I was rooting for her trough out this whole book. I really can't wait to read the third book in this series. I want to know more about Emma/Cole and Layla/Ben. By the way a shout out to BEN!!! He is dreamy. I thought Cole was HOT but Ben came in and swooned me in this book. I need to meet me a Ben... and hope my husband doesn't mind me hanging out with him ;)
Anyone reading this review you have to read this series...it's a GREAT read.

I love this whole series!!!! I BIG RED HEART Brenda Rothert!!!! I know I've said this many times but this has to be one of my top favorite series!!!
Brenda has made me fall in love with Emma and Cole. Has made me hate Layla and then make me cheer her on. How she does it??? I'm not sure. She gets in my brain and makes me want to learn more about these characters.
Now and Forever is the third book to this series and I love how she combined Emma/Cole and Layla/Ben's stories. I love a little drama in every story and she added that too for me ;) For me this book has all that I look for in a book.
I like the relationship between Cole and Emma.

This series has been sitting on my kindle and patiently waiting for me for some time now, can't believe I waited to read it, such a great series. In the first book we meet Emmaline and Cole, and I absolutely loved their story, it was so sweet and sexy. IN the second book we then get to see Layla's story, Emma's sister. Her and Ben's story I think is my favourite, I really loved these two, it's truly a story of seeing two people, very stubborn people at that, come together but change as they fall in love, they become better people. and In the final book, we see both these couples face challenges that further evolves the people they are and the relationship they have.
This series was such a great enjoyable read that I really loved. The writing was done in third person POV but it was so well written, I was several chapters in before I even realized it wasn't first POV. I connected instantly with the characters and really loved them all. It was such a fresh change from the same old same old that I seem to keep reading but never fully enjoying. They were such great stories with just the right amount of build up between the couples, the right amount of sex and the absolute perfect amount of sexy!

The first book focuses on Emma and Cole. Cole and Emma went to the same high school and were neighbors. Emma had a major crush on him and still does. Several years later, They literally run into each other and Cole finally sees Emma for who she is and they fall madly in love. However, Layla (Emma's sister) wants him too. This story tells the struggles of their relationship and if their love will prevail.
The second book continues from the first one and focuses more on Layla and her new love interest. After swearing off men for several months, she meets Ben and Ben manages to warm her heart up to the idea of a relationship again. Ben proves to her he can handle Layla and her independent ways. After the twists and turns that happen to their relationship and additional struggles with family, her sister, Emma, and Cole.
The third books concludes the story of Layla and Emma. They both have found Mr. Right but its not all love and puppy dogs eyes. Both couples have unexpected and challenging struggles they must face as a couple. Can their love prevail against the odds?

A pleasant read with. It too much angst or drama. Cole and Emma are beautiful characters and they have you gunning for their happy ever after right from the start.

With such a feisty character like Layla it was going to take one amazing alpha male to bring her to her knees and that is exactly what Brenda supplied us with. Ben is a hero character that many girls fantasize about on a daily basis. Another good read.

Brenda Rothert did a great job! Her description of each person & their history sucked me in & made me care about all of the characters in the stories. They are romantic, funny, sweet, exciting & made me mad in some parts! You will not regret purchasing this collection! The final book was a wonderful read. Great ending! Write another set SOON to get lost in, Brenda!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read the first book off the free list and it was fantastic I loved the whole sister liking the same man.
So glad with how that ended, I was so glad to find that the next 2 books were already released so I decided to buy the complete series and couldn't have been happier.
All 3 books were truly brilliant I loved everything about them.

Great Read! Wonderful story and captures you right from the start. This was the first serties I have read of this author and I am looking forward to reading the Fire on Ice series. Really enjoyed this!

Loved this series....first time reading this author and I was very happy I had the box set as once I started I didn't want to stop. Another family I just fell in love with and wish I could read more about them! Thanks for a great series!

Once I started, I had to finish.
Had the author used more imagination in adjectives and verbs it would have been better. There are many more words to choose from than just fuck.
