Three generations from now, The Common Enemy will bring peace. They’ll provide a sustainable model for society. They’ll prove God exists. But mankind will still await a savior. We will call him Moshiah.
Andrew Craven writes science fiction and fantasy. He received a BA in English from York College, located in York , Pennsylvania, where he was born and raised; he’ll probably die there too. He’s the author of five books: Moshiah, The Curse on Long Autumn Valley, Wintercity Crossing, Cloudbreak, and The Lucinda Simulation. When he’s not writing, he’s partying with his sons, Henry and Robbie, dabbling in heavy metal guitar, and reading whatever he can get his hands on. His beautiful wife, Carrie, wonders when she’ll be mentioned in this bio.
This book was fascinating and beyond the imagination at the same time. I thought many times I knew what was next and then was proven wrong. This story challenged some of my basic beliefs and I am not sure I have come to the best conclusions even now. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to think, who likes to be challenge for who just likes a good sci-fi story. It will not let you down
Imaginative work of dystopian fiction. In a future society, the people of Phoenix are controlled by drones of the Common Enemy. Some accept this, others escape it, and a few brave ones risk everything to change it. Embracing art in a regimented world is a revolutionary act. Moshiah is a savior of unknown origin who through his very existence teaches the people to achieve redemption, rather than simply receive it.
