Several esoteric concepts of Vedanta are noted here in simple and understandable language, which can be read in a linear way, or from any page.
About the An entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in Fashion designing, Laxmi Duggirala is the co-founder of INATMAN Foundation, a girl education foundation. An English Literature postgraduate with a few years of teaching experience, she has always been passionate about writing. a very thorough and well-organized elucidation into the most prominent principles of spirituality, which does a great job in setting the stage for anyone unfamiliar with these concepts so they may gain the right exposure towards the basics of hindu spirituality without feeling overwhelmed by the complexity of these ideas. the emphasis on the food we eat is very well-done, as it points the reader towards how the nourishment we ingest will affect the internal workings of our body + inner universe —> paints our perception of the divinity within our lived experience. I myself am working to refine my knowledge in these aspects of divine living, and I am blessed to have such knowledgeable people in my family to help light the way on this everlasting journey.
