Ali is a nurse at CAPMED, and Jo joins as a trainee from another hospital.
This is a good story with a little angst and lots of love. Jo especially is a good character, Ali I found harder to like. Not the best of Ms Cassen’s writing, but overall worth reading.

overall I've been disappointed with this writer. Ali is and asshole. the narration was atrocious. the audiobook had more lines the ebooks didn't. sex scenes were cringe.
