Hannah, Isha, Mina, Francie, Vicky, and Amber bonded in nursery school and became lifelong friends. Now decades later, one of them has been kidnapped and it is up to the others to rescue her. But there is a deeper mystery—for years, women in the area have gone missing, and the Early Girls discover how and why.
2.5 stars. This book felt very disjointed. I enjoyed the story of the young girls and their relationships. I also enjoyed the mystery surrounding the missing women and how that story evolved but trying to weave those stories together and also throwing in a high tech invention (which was a very cool concept) with a side of thugs and thievery just did not flow very well as a cohesive book
