The Power of Women

I read this book in one sitting. I loved her writing style. The plot is fantastic and hopefully will encourage us to say something and do something when we see something we know is not right. I can’t wait to read the sequel. I have four friends that I have known for 40+ years, no matter that we live in four different states across this country. We actually once did an intervention when we did not like the way one husband was treating our friend. The power of women!

This book felt very disjointed. I enjoyed the story of the young girls and their relationships. I also enjoyed the mystery surrounding the missing women and how that story evolved but trying to weave those stories together and also throwing in a high tech invention (which was a very cool concept) with a side of thugs and thievery
just did not flow very well as a cohesive book

Obvious that this was self published. Even with notes on the copyright page that there were several revisions due to typos, many still remained.
I was also not a fan of the different Early Girls and keeping all their stories straight. All except one had really bad parents. Then the animated ratio thing was weird. A clearly novice writer who shouldn’t quit her day job as a law professor.
