A nice, short guide for employees and how to make themselves more successful at work. Great tips which some may have forgotten over time, they are not that difficult to remember and practice. I think the message of the book is that in order to be successful, all you need to do is try a little and to focus on what you're doing.

Worth reading it. Give some sound advice to follow in job life. Important chapters are "Love what you do", "Manage time well", "Take initiative", "Do more than you must" and "dress well". I love this book.

Meh. This book does give sound advice. I agree with others in that the advice is obvious and dated. No real secrets were shared.

My biggest complaints are that often the author's religious and political beliefs show through the pages. I am of the opinion that god and politics should not have been involved in this.

It's a good read. It feels like a textbook on - ideal employee at work. The story which being shared to reiterate the subject matter are more of an example than inspirational.

A bit dated but some sound advice which should stand the test of time. A quick read which you can dip in and out of.
