Very taboo, very wrong, very sketchy… but I’m also fucked up, so I kinda enjoyed it.
It is a super short erotica piece, so it was lacking some more depth to the brothers, some sense to the hazing, but for what it’s meant to be it was weird and hot and a fun 20 minutes.

Did I immediately message B.L. demanding more of these two? Yes. No regerts. They were so hot and I needed about 300 more pages of them. Thankfully it’s going to be a series because I don’t think I could live without more of them in my life.

I found this series via bookstagram & read on Christmas Eve. I knew I'll enjoy them 😉. Devoured this in around 1hr!
This series is set in the 1990s (basically historical for me 🙈, I wasn't even born then, ok?!). It's got college frat boys doing "frat" things. Hazing is bad...but what you call someone who comes back for it?! So much degradation (I call it dark, eh), feminization...But I was here for the gangbang 😏.
Aiden's sass is fun. I'd've liked to see more of his revenge plot, but he changed his tune fast lol; awakenings & firsts 😗! Frat president Foster is at least self aware of his abuse, it's to bring out newbie's inner-slut he says! They're half brothers, Aiden knows but Foster doesn't...hm!?
Aiden's feelings of taboo guilt yet want was delicious. Foster's unapologetic 🤣. I wanted aftercare scenes (It's in book 3), but it's hazing sooo. I'm mad at the end reveal!!! We never find how he knows!! I can just make my own theories now 😭.

4 ⭐️ This is one of those taboo-series that I kept thinking about from time to time, and that I wanted to do a reread of, and after reading it a second time I think I’ve come to appreciate the craziness. As always, I’m so excited to read more from B. L. Sparrow and their very taboo novellas (and hopefully novels) in the future!

I sent 2024 out with a bang! Pun intended. My second foray into tabu territory (and both on the same day), and Haze Me did not come to play. This short, scandalous little read about half-brothers Aidan and Foster was the cherry on top of a year full of bookish adventures.
Here’s the deal: Aidan knows Foster is his brother, but Foster’s clueless. Cue frat hazing shenanigans and some messed up power dynamics.
B.L. Sparrow doesn’t hold back, and while this story is short, it packs a punch that’s equal parts scandalous and addictive.
I wasn’t sure how I’d go with tabu reads, but honestly, this one was so good. I think, like with any book, you just need to find the right one for you. Consider me hooked, I will absolutely be reading the rest of this series.

After two nights, and the same man using his mouth through the wall, the other man speaks - and he would know his twin Nate’s voice anywhere…

Don't ask me why I like this because I truly don't know. I don't even know why I'm attempting to review this because I have no words. The blurb didn't make any sense, Aiden's reason for wanting to join the frat certainly didn't make any sense. And yet here I am giving it four stars I wish it was longer. What that says about me I don't know and don't want to know.
This was pure dark smut that was oddly hot. I honestly felt like if it was longer it could have turned into a full and proper romance which I 100% would read. And while I'm not in a erotica girly, I don't mind novellas like this because they're short, don't take themselves too seriously, and most importantly, don't overstay their welcome. Four solid stars. I liked it and will be keeping up with this author.
