Great resource!

As someone who doesn't suffer from this, I got this book to see how I can help my loved one with it. I found many great and useful skills that I can walk my love one, though. It has opened my eyes to what she suffers . I am grateful that I made it a priority to learn more about how to help. I recommend this book.

I read this and was like I do some of the things they mention but then again so does my husband. It’s hard not to sometimes but I’m trying to stop myself know that I see what the problem is. But it’s hard not to do the thing you do every day like say I love You a lot to your spouse.
