They’re unpredictable and dangerous. Possessive and insatiable. And, for better or for worse, these psychopaths are mine.
The Fallen Starr
I fell for Knox, Thatcher, and Sagan’s charm and allowed myself to sink into their dark world as if I truly belonged. So enamored by their attention, as sick and twisted as it was, I lost sight of what these men do and what they’re good at.
But I won’t forget again. Not after what they did to me.
The shattered trust between us isn’t our only problem, though.
Tired of our games, our mysterious stalker emerges from the shadows with one deadly purpose in mind.
Will we survive whatever he has in store? Or will he use the new cracks in the foundation of trust my guys have created to tear us apart one by one until all that’s left is dust and bones?
*Entombed In Sin is book two in the Graveyard Games duet. Book one, Buried Beneath Sin, must be read first in order to understand what is happening. This is a PITCH BLACK dark romance with MMFM. Please check the author's w3bs!te for the CWs BEFORE diving into this duet.
Picking up where Buried Beneath Sin ended, Entombed in Sin will immediately have your heart in your throat.
Beatrix's decision to trust her stepbrothers and Knox is in question after being subjected to the latter's punishment. Quickly enough, the trio devises a plan to give Starr some semblance of control back and she'll need it when it becomes clear that Angel Eyes is a threat to their found family and way of life.
I was anxious to see this duet through with so much left open from BBS. As noted in that review, cereal unalivers are not necessarily a favorite of mine, but since M.T. is, reading these books was a given. I definitely struggled with some of the storyline, based on personal preferences, but I did love Beatrix's ferocity, tenacity, and her overall growth.
ARC Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️1/2 You’ve poisoned my mind, Little Sister. Altered my very DNA. How wicked and clever you are to toy with me.
Dark. So very dark and depraved. And bloody. And dangerous. And toxic. And obsessive. And such a wild ride, I was sad to have it end.
Beatrix finally got a backbone (thank all that’s holy). I loved seeing her give in to the bloodlust.
Knox cemented himself as my favorite broken Pretty Boy. I was worried he’d be unredeemable after the ending of book one. While he is not an angel at the end of this book - he is still a serial killer - his brand of love won me over—still a villain, just a lovable one.
Sagan and Thatcher remain unhinged as ever.
It’s an almost sweet and fitting HEA for this family of killers.
⚠️ Pitch Black. Review TW and CW before diving in. ⚠️
After the traumatic effects of her punishment, Beatrix is unsure if she can trust the three men she's given her life to. And that just won't do for Sagan and thatcher. As knox works to earn his Starr girls trust back, there's still the threat of angel eyes lurking in the background. Beatrix truly shines in this epic conclusion. She finds her true passion and falls deeper in love with these men who have truly seen who she is and give her what she craves. It's sinfully hot and dark and there are no moral compasses for these four. They thrive and revel in the darkness and their twisted family they've created. It was so incredible and thrilling I couldn't stop reading. I loved the drama and the spice and the plot. I fell even harder for Sagan and knox because who doesn't love a twisted, toxic, tortured soul? Every bit of this book kept me on edge until the last page. It truly is a work of art and if you love dark and twisted romance you will absolutely love this duet.
Wow !!! Loved this book so much, l couldn't put it down, l read it all day, lol I would say please check out the trigger ⚠️ warnings, or if you are like me, the more warnings, the better. The story picks up right where the last book left off, with Beatrix learning to trust her men again, especially Knox. Oh, he was in so much trouble. Personally, l would have buried him alive and see how he likes it. Bu how Beatrix got her revenge. My goodness, l love Thatcher and Sagan. They were so bad. I loved how they had Beatrixs back and how they loved her in their own way. Knox, when he finally realised how he loved Beatrix, was so good, he became her protector and partner in crime lol The action never stopped in this book. I am really trying not to give anything away and spoil it for anyone . This is one of the best series of books l have ever read.
Ommmmg. This duet is absolutely amazing. I don't know how else to tell you that, but it is. It dark and depraved. So messed up you'll be questioning your morals, but so freaking good!
So Knox...at the end of book 1, I was livid. But he has taken my entire heart. I love him with everything in me. I mean even more after the whole basement shenanigans. He's so messed up, but that's what's so incredibly special about him.
Don't get me wrong, the twins still have a piece of my heart and the way they find the grey area around the last rule 🫠😍 I mean they're so perfect. Well perfect in their own dark, sick and twisted ways.
Again, I absolutely loved this duet so so much. MT has such a strong way of entwining her books into your heart and soul, it feels as if you're submerged into the story too!
This book started right where book 1 had ended and I loved every second of it. I felt all the emotions through this book just like I did with the first one and everything about it was perfection. I loved all the characters and loved how they loved Beatrix in their own way. If you enjoyed book 1 then this one is a must read!
Also, I can’t write this review without mentioning the toe part 😳 (IYKYK) this part had be laughing but also thinking it was just a tiny bit sweet 🤣
This is the conclusion to this pitch black duet. These are not good people and their version of love is twisted. If you read book 1 you already know of the laundry list of triggers.
In this you will see how these four's relationship changes and grows. There are plenty of games and lots of blood.
Find out more about who this Angel Eyes is. We also discover what the other rules are.
This book is the perfect ending to this duet. What they all go through in this book really brings a lot of character development. If you like your romance really dark and twisted this is a fantastic read.
The second book was definitely more interesting. The plot had way more depth, especially the mystery around who was watching them, and then the kidnapping (which was absolutely disgusting, btw).
Turns out the person watching them was Angel Eyes. He’s a famous serial killer everyone thought was dead.
Then things got even darker. He kidnaps Beatrix and Knox because he decides Beatrix would make a good surrogate since his twisted girlfriend “ShayShay” (don’t even get me started on that bitch 🙄) can’t have kids. And as if that wasn’t horrifying enough, he literally removes one of Knox’s eyes. The whole thing was just straight-up vile. 🤢
Anyways, they got their revenge!

As insufferable as Knox was in Buried Beneath Sin, he was absolutely phenomenal in this book. I thoroughly enjoyed the progression of his character. This book was significantly better than the first one. (Book One struggled to hold my attention for the first 30%.) Entombed in Sin wrapped up the storyline in the best, most gruesome way possible.
Side note: Chapter 19 had me straight gagged, sat on the floor, sweating. There was more pipe laying than that of a plumber.
M.T. Addams did not come to play with this duet! As always, please check those triggers.
I absolutely loved this book. Knox and the twins had some making up to do to gain Beatrix's trust back again after the ending from book 1. I loved Beatrix's evolution as she became more ruthless while still retaining the innocence that drew them all together in the first place. She firmly found her place with her family in this book and their dynamic together was amazing. I'm not sure who was more unhinged, the twins or Knox with his penchant for taking toes ha.
Oh my god this book!!! I freaking loved it soooo much, it’s been to torture waiting so long to find out what happened to poor Beatrix. The plot was so freaking good and unhinged, there were many twists and unexpected things. It got deliciously gory? Haha I’m equally as messed up but I honestly loved the relationship between everyone and how it grew and I loved the fmcs growth throughout this book. If you want an unhinged but amazing duet then this is definitely the book for you!
I'm sorry, he raw dogs WHAT NOW?!?!? LMAO. Wow oh wow. I loved it, that was the most fun I've had reading something this dark. I couldn't help but giggle at Knox's antics and Beatrix turned into one heck of a force to be reckoned with, she gave as good as she got by the end. The action never stopped and always kept on our toes. Such a good ending to this duet.
You never know what’s about to happen, it’s super dark, twisted and just amazingly wicked. Just when I thought I read everything, nope….. There is many jaw dropping scenes that live deep in my mind forever now. My favourite part was definitely Beatrix revenge against Knox. He makes the perfect little doll💕
Wow!!! What a way to keep you on the edge of your seat pretty much the entire time! The plot had my head on a swivel like who? What? Where?! Wait what!! Ok ok I like Knox now and the love between him and Beatrix was so sweet and heart warming. But you still get your spicy spice from my men Thatcher and Sagan and boy do they not disappoint! Great end to a riveting story!!
~Review for duet~ 1. Buried Beneath Sin 2. Entombed In Sin
This duet was dark, depraved, and utterly addictive. It kept me on edge the entire time because I never knew what twisted turn would come next. I seriously underestimated how unhinged the twins (Sagan and Thatcher) and Knox were and that unpredictability made their unique tastes and behaviors so entertaining to read about. Despite their chaos, they all loved Beatrix in their own distinct way, and their messy dynamic just worked.
Beatrix went through so much, yet she remained strong, kind, and quietly hopeful. Her character growth was amazing . I loved how each of the guys helped her evolve into her best self. She started off timid, uncertain, and carrying the weight of her past, but under their influence, she flourished. Together, they created a makeshift family she never had but always deserved. She was the final puzzle piece in their broken lives who fit in perfectly and completed them.
Knox was annoying at first. But the more he opened up and began to redeem himself, the more I found myself falling for him. He has so much depth, and despite his darker tastes, he loves fiercely and protects what's his without hesitation.
And then there are the twins who were similar in so many ways, yet wildly different. I genuinely can’t pick a favorite. Both are obsessive, possessive, toxic, and completely unhinged. Thatcher is the devil in disguise and you’d think he’s the nicer one, but the more you get to know him, the more you realize how well he hides behind that charming mask. Sagan, on the other hand, doesn’t even pretend. What you see is what you get: a protector through and through, unapologetically insane, and loyal to the bone.

Like the first one I'm divided with this one too. But let's start at the beginning.
The story picked right back up where the first one ended. Beatrix was broken and Sagan and Thatcher where mad at Knox and wanted him to grovel. Which he did to be honest. You could definitly see his remorse. But didn't actually stay mad at him for too long which was weird because I thought their would be a bigger cleft between them. Beatrix trauma from her punishment wasn't talked about too much.
I didn't like how easy Knox revealed his backstory to her when it took him month to open up to Sagan and Thatcher. Also how easily he let her touch him didn't make much sense.
What I liked was that Beatrix got stronger in this book but it wasn't enough for my personal taste. She got her revenge punishment on Knox but it was not dark enough. I mean I love my sweet baby Knox and don't want him to suffer but that was really to tame. It started out good but lost it's edge at the end.
For me there wasn't much growth for their overall relationship. The thing that I liked was how close Beatrix and Knox got but for me they were more friends than actual lovers. They developed a cute bond that stayed till the end.
What happend at the end broke me. My baby Knox seriously didn't deserve what happend and it was kinda unnecessary because it was brushed over so easily. What Beatrix endured was horrible but at least she wasn't alone. The way especially Knox helped her heal was beautiful.
In the end she got stronger and embraced her darkness.
Sagan and Thatcher actually hadn't that big of a role in this book it was mainly about Beatrix and Knox. I really wanted to see more of their poly relationship.
The emotions could've been deeper for me it all was fixed with no real effort. There could've been darker reveals and heavier emotions.
At the end I can still say that this was a very fast read because it was exciting from the start till the end but the relationship of Beatrix, Sagan, Thatcher and Knox lacked a lot.
All new meaning to twisting in the wind. This is not for the faint of heart. Also, if you think you’re going to just speed through this to find out what happens, HA! Think again. Addams has given us a cast of characters that each have deep emotional scars that they express with rage and weapons.
It picks up right where Buried Beneath Sin left off. Knox has destroyed the trust Beatrix had in the three of them. Thatcher and Sagan slowly coming to the realization of just how badly they screwed up, but none of them know how to fix it. They don’t do emotions. Plus someone is leaving gifts, indicating they know who the boys are, but their hubris and blind spots have consequences. And those are the only hints you get from me.
I was amazed by the world building, the characters MT created and the absolute detail and depth of their relationships in Buried. We get our first glimpse of the brutal life Beatrix has had to survive in the first book. In Entombed, triggered by Knox’s punishment, more comes spiraling out. The men have to step up and figure out how to meet her needs and help her heal, they know one way, but it’s not the only thing she needs, but in helping her, it starts to heal pieces of each of them as well. I am just floored by the relationship between these four people. Even angry with each other, they’ll do anything. The foundation for that level of loyalty is built page by page. I think this may be one of MT’s best books.
Yes, it is pitch black. It is so hard to read in places. It literally ripped my heart out and made me cry. But for me, that is what makes a book memorable. That is what makes the writing magical. That ability to make me, the reader, sink so far into the story, that what is happening to the characters affects me on an emotional and mental level. MT does that with this duet. You won’t regret reading them. But please, please, check the content warnings first.
Wow. Just wow. This book had me hooked from start to finish—I literally could not put it down! It picks up right where the last one left off, and let me tell you, the chaos does not slow down.
First off, Beatrix’s revenge on Knox? Chef’s kiss. I was practically cackling—he had it coming, and she delivered in the best way possible. But somehow… I ended up loving their relationship?! The way it evolved was so messed up yet so perfect, and honestly, I think Beatrix and Knox might be my favorite dynamic in this series. Once he fully realized his love for her, their connection became something so intense and satisfying.
And then there’s Thatcher and Sagan. My unhinged kings. They are bad, they are loyal, and they love Beatrix in their own wicked ways. The chemistry? 🔥 The tension? Through the roof.
But the real highlight? Beatrix’s serial killer awakening. The way she took back her power and got revenge on those who hurt her? Absolutely chilling and so satisfying. I was cheering her on the entire time.
This book is dark, unpredictable, and downright wicked. Just when I thought I had seen it all—nope. There are moments in here that will live rent-free in my mind forever. The action, the spice, the jaw-dropping twists… it’s all there.
Final verdict? This duet was everything I wanted and more. If you’re into dark romance with high stakes and pitch black characters, you need to pick this up. Just please check the trigger warnings first—you’ve been warned. 😉
Thank you so much M. T. Addams for sending me an arc for this absolute masterpiece!
This duet just wasn't for me. And not because of the pitch black elements (although I do prefer more grey tones in moral code), but because of Knox.
To explain it, I'll use a shifter romance analogy: the usual 'why choose' setup includes one omega and multiple alphas or betas. In this duet Beatrix is the obvious omega... but then Knox is written as an omega too. His role in the dynamic, despite having a dick, is coded as feminine. And for me that immediately triggers the "other woman" trope, which I despise.
What makes it worse is that Knox represents the worst kind of female-coded character. The type you usually see as the FMC's nemesis or just that bitch who tries to get with the MMC. Sometimes authors try to use this personality to create a "badass" FMC, but it usually fails spectacularly and leaves me wishing the heroine died halfway through the book. Knox landed firmly in that territory.
The second installment didn't fix anything. If anything, it made me more impatient, because every chapter had me waiting for either his death or simply the end of the duet.
Frankly, I also didn't enjoy the absolute brutality the twins inflicted on Beatrix and Knox. Torture for fun whoever you want outside the relationship, but the people you claim to love should be worshipped, not torn apart.
We finally got our second half to find out what happened to Beatrix after that really cruel cliffhanger we were left on. I’m just going to say this now, if you haven’t read book 1 then do not start here! Go pick up Buried Beneath Sin because otherwise nothing will make sense. Also fair warning, this book is most definitely pitch black sooooo don’t say I didn’t warn ya! Anyways! We pick right up after that punishment and don’t worry, Beatrix definitely got payback on Knox in a way I didn’t expect yet also felt poetic? LOL! Oh and expect lots more punishments because I mean would we expect anything less from Thatcher and Sagan?! This seriously was so dark, demented, twisted, and yet delicious at the same time. I mean it had me really questioning myself but hey whatevs, that’s my therapists issue, not mine. The plot twists though!!! Anxiety at its fullest because it had me seriously on edge. Only issue is that the duet is over and I would very much like more please.
This duet is so good, unhinged, but good. This is a pitch black romance and it definitely is. Please check the triggers before reading. In this book we are back at Bright Star Funeral Home with our four amazing characters, twins, Thatcher and Sagan, their pretty boy Knox, and their newest family member Beatrix. This book starts after the cliffhanger of book one and the relief I let out. Book one had me worried. Beatrix has so much rage and anger housed in her and she is having a difficult time trusting any of the guys. I adored her coming into herself as well as her falling for the guys. Her payback punishment for Knox was amazing and reading their connection grow after made my heart so happy. Our mystery stalker has become more bold and what he does to Beatrix made me so sad for her, I was rooting for the twins to reign down their own type of justice so bad. Such an amazing read. As I said, I cannot stress enough the need to check triggers before diving into this duet.
Entombed in Sin" is the second installment in M.T. Addams' Graveyard Games Duet, a series that delves deep into the darkest corners of human nature and forbidden desires. This novel continues the wild journey of Beatrix Starr and her men: Sagan, Thatcher, and Knox.
The book picks right up from the cliffhanger of the first book, "Buried Beneath Sin," thrusting readers back into a world where love and obsession are one in the same. This book is dark, so check your trigger warnings before starting this! These characters are way past just being morally gray, they are bad and crazy unhinged. I do like the growth we saw in Beatrix in this second book, she has become more confident and willing to stand up for herself! And I love how she just embraces the crazy and is able to make a family for herself.
I don’t want to give anything away, but it is action packed and ends oh so perfectly! This is a fantastic duet if you love a super dark romance!
What an epic conclusion to this duet! Yet another amazing read from MT, and goodness do I love these characters with all my being!
Knox was one who had me questioning how I felt by the end of book 1, but he solidified that he is amazing and I love love love all his quirkiness IYKYK 👀
The twins really know how to redeem themselves and show how they feel, even if it is in unconventional ways. Thatcher has officially become my favourite after THAT declaration he makes, I was left SWOONING!
Beatrix’s development in this book is phenomenal as you get to see her truly blossom and come out of her shell. I was so proud of the she finally stood up for herself, and stopped letting everyone walk all over her.
This read is a fantastic conclusion to the duet, and I LOVED the mention of Briar Glen, I was sat squealing! Highly recommend this read but please read TW as this book is DARK
This duet was absolutely insane! It was dark and twisted and I couldn’t put it down til I finished it.
Last book ended with Knox’s punishment for Star Girl going a little be too far. Having almost killed her by leaving her buried alive. Don’t worry Star Girl totally gets even with her own punishment. Knox totally redeems himself over and over again.
My heart totally shattered when the one person Beatrix thought was her friend told her that he knew what actually happened and lied to everyone to save his sons image.
I can’t even describe how devastated I was reading those chapters after the kidnapping. But so glad that Beatrix fought like hell to get them both free.
The twins are a big part of this story but I felt it was a lot more Knox and Beatrix finally finding their way into each others hearts and gaining the trust that was needed.

Entombed In Sin is book two in the Graveyard Games duet and the exciting cliffhanger from the first book, Buried Beneath Sin picks up right here. It is a must that you read this duet in order.
Do serial killers deserve an HEA? You will have to find out for yourselves in this thrilling, dark, depraved and thoroughly riveting story. There is a fascinating plot filled with a terror filled found family, plenty of serial killers to go around and some unique family game nights. The heroine is polarizing and there are no morally grey men here… they are as black and debauched as they come!
If you have concerns about reader sensitivity you should check the authors trigger warnings but if you like your reads wicked and macabre definitely give this incredible duet a stab!
