Rate this book
Here are more than forty stories about God's love as shown through the natural world, each of which is easily read in five minutes. The child will enjoy answering the questions included, reading the Bible verse, and saying the prayer. This is a devotional that little children will love. Delightful and humorous watercolors of animals illustrate these devotions.

My three year old was fascinated by this book, which features a specific animal with each devotional, as well as a bible verse that connects to the animal facts in an interesting and clever way.

Unfortunately, my five year old found it very boring. He is not even remotely interested in animals. This would be a wonderful devotional for a child who finds nature and biology interesting. But if your child doesn't like animals, you would do best to go somewhere else.

Great devotional book uses different types of animals for each day's theme. The 3-toed sloth teaches about patience while the dogs teach about working hard. Also emphasizes the importance of caring for God's creation.

Short five minute devotionals that you can do with children ages 3-5(more on the young side). Animal themed stories with very basic Christian living/attributes such as be kind, tell the truth, be nice, help others, love another etc. Overall we liked it but very simple not very thought provoking.
