The best yet!
The first Richard of Keynes novel began on a tragic note. It was so sad that I almost stopped there. I’m glad I continued because each book has built upon that tragedy. Richard has fought back against loss & deprivation to make his life count! The adventures that come to this poor knight are dramatic. He & his motley band of warriors brave battles against opposing armies & against blood thirsty bullies. Richard endures all in his quest to learn his father’s fate. Finally he reaches the Holy Land! But can he & his family survive the brutality there? Will he find his answers? Yes & more!

I so enjoyed this series. The conversations were so funny and entertaining. I liked it so much that I will reread some day.
