3 interconnecting stories about friends who go to a Paranormal Convention and end up finding their 'men'.
Cheyenne McCray's story is about a long-lost fae who makes her way home with the help of her sexy elf.
Stephanie Burke gives us a sci-fi story of a woman who stumbles over a 12 inch 'fairy' only to find that he's really a 7' tall warrior with something else that's 12 inches!
And Myln Hurn brings us a tale of ghostly love lost and the couple who bring them completion.
Only a 4 star for this one. Bear with me while I break this one per story. And review will be a quick, short and concise.
Warning: It may be a bit ranty.
Miznari: 3.5; almost a 4 except for the times where the dialogues don't match up and I don't get the gist of it; the flow of the story is good but for the times it jumps from one thought to another with no relevance; story is good, except for those details; need another extra to know what happened to her and her blue man
Colonial Ghost: 4 ;story is really good, was pleasantly surprised by that since I was expecting a b-movie like story abt ghosts and stuff; MGuy was very underdeveloped as a character; a bit wordy in places; liked the normal "felt like there were a long time couple instead of just having met" domesticity in some scenes; wished it was a bit longer, a full novel, with more to the story; if it was like that, it would a be contemporary romance type with a paranormal twist; What's with the MGirl not freaking out talking to ghosts though? The author did give a short explanation on this but I still doubt it was the real reason(Maybe she threw that one in when she can't think up a good enough reason and lengthen it too much) Any normal person would be at least a bit freaked out over talking to an actual ghost, much less see ghostly wisps and disembodied voices (Unless you're a ghost hunter, of course. And maybe not even then.)
Possessed: 4 ; good story; a nice extra for the Seraphine Chronicles and tied up some loose ends I hadn't thought about while I read the series a few years back;
By the last story, I'd been wanting a more detailed epilogues for the other women and their futures.

A series of three loosely connected stories about a group of three women who go to a paranormal convention and end up finding their soul mates, not to mention the best sex they've ever experienced.
The writing styles vary between the three authors. The last story, Colonial Ghost, is the least explicit but also the most touching and romantic.
I'm reminded that I don't generally read erotica because the genre consists almost entirely of Alpha males claiming their females and dominating them. Obviously, this is what the average erotica reader desires and it works for most. On the other hand, I think I'd prefer Alpha females collecting a harem of beautiful men. I'm sure it's out there somewhere.
Possessed~Natalie is just a nice girl from the Big Apple looking to have a little fun, who would've guessed she'd meet a dominating man....Evvan is on the hunt for a killer when he meets what his heart has been hunting for. This was a great end to the series, but it does make you want just one more happy ending. Ms. McCray truly knows her craft
