this felt more like a coffee table book than a recipe book

it also contained far more mentions of nipples and breasts than I expected for a cookbook

I saved two recipes to try, but most of them felt more like entertaining style meals or appetisers, rather than things I could put in the regular rotation.

A delight - but then lemons are an absolute staple in my life and are included in virtually every meal I cook. And I (attempt to) grow them.
I thoroughly recommend this book to everyone who delights in the sight, smell and taste of these remarkable trees/plants/fruits.
Next best thing to an actual lemon!

Somewhat disappointing as it did not live up to my expectations. Loved the cover, I'm Italian, and use lemons all the time. Started off well enough, but did not keep my interest. Recipes did not seem new. Many were regular lemon standards, others with well-known recipes with lemon added.

What a delightful read in the dead of winter. Gorgeous photos + lots of interesting tidbits are a plus. There are many recipes I want to try!
