A gorgeously designed, comprehensive guide to uncovering and interpreting the unique energy fields that surround us, harnessing them for growth, healing, and shaping our realities, from aura photographer Eileen Lee.
Your energy introduces you before you even speak.
Our physical bodies exist within larger energy fields known as our “auras,” each with a unique shape, size, and frequency that reflect our individual mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual states, connecting our chakras and radiating from and through us. This complex system of electromagnetic energy acts as a prism, reflecting vibrations from our thoughts, feelings, and experiences back to us as the colors of the rainbow.
Understanding the aura and its chakras and colors can provide profound insight that leads to growth, healing, and expanded possibilities. This stunningly illustrated guide unlocks the secrets to using your aura as your personal energetic blueprint through the journey of the human experience—one that you can use to mold and shape your reality.
I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.
The Ultimate Guide to Auras was a book that instantly appealed to me as I've been looking into auras and their meanings recently. The book is visually beautiful throughout and does offer lots of insight into understanding the aura and its chakras and colors and how they can provide profound insight that lead to growth, healing, and much more in the way of possibilities. This book unlocks the secrets to using your aura as your personal energetic blueprint through the journey of a lifetime. Some parts were a little repetitive, and it did take me some time to digest some parts that I read. I read this in small chunks as it's not a book you can sail through.
The Ultimate Guide to Auras is a beautifully illustrated, comprehensive guide that teaches readers how to read, cleanse, and shift their aura's color energy for personal growth and healing. It explains the aura's connection to chakras and how different colors reflect physical, emotional, and spiritual states. The book includes practical exercises and is praised for being insightful, easy to follow, and visually appealing, making it great for those interested in spirituality and energy work. Didn't learn anything useful though
The visuals of this book are really beautiful and tie in the text and concept theories well. It's a nice book that you can pick and choose which chapters/content to read without needing to read it all to seem cohesive. There is some repetition but I find this is common in spiritual 'non fiction' books.
Read some skimmed the rest. Visually the book is wonderful. Some parts are interesting but others get a little too holistic healing for me. Just trying to aura farm.
