This was a good message on how to build up a team of people. I didn't get any major new in sights, but it did reinforce the message I had heard before. Definitely something to read in order to understand the author's system more completely.

Great book for anyone that is in any type of Network Marketing. Xuan Nguyen is one of the founders of the company World Financial Group, an insurance / investment firm. Good concepts you can use in any business where you have to manage any type of team.

Reading Building People: The Journey of a Builder 2.0 by Xuan Nguyen was a powerful experience for me.

After more than 30 years in business, beginning with my first direct selling company at 16 and later building my own communications, translation, and tutoring business at 20, I have read many books on leadership, growth, and entrepreneurship. It is rare for a book in this space to both challenge my thinking and affirm hard-earned lessons at the same time. This one did exactly that.

Page after page, I experienced genuine “aha” moments. The author’s perspective is both practical and reflective, pushing the reader to rethink what it truly means to build people, not just projects or profits. The ideas resonated deeply with my own journey while also stretching me to see new dimensions of leadership and responsibility.

Perhaps most importantly, this book helped me better understand the perspectives of the people I serve, collaborate with, and mentor. That alone makes it invaluable.

A life-transforming read for anyone serious about building people, and building meaningful impact.
