I enjoyed Sebastian and Ivy’s story. Sebastian Maxwell, the brilliant literature professor who’s a total pain, just had to be her new boss. Even though she was the best in her class, he always found fault in her work. And when she thought she had him figured out, she stumbled upon his little secret—he’s not just a professor; he’s a billionaire. Now, she’s wondering if his wealth bought his success. Things reached a boiling point when he sabotaged her dream job in London. She quits on the spot and walks away from everything, feeling betrayed and hurt. It was an interesting read. And am voluntarily leaving this review.

The chemistry between characters is really well written, but there very little depth to the storyline. We go back and forth on the characters inner conflict on their feelings for each other with minimal other dialogue.
Sebastian is Ivy's professor and her ex's brother. Sebastian is drawn to Ivy but tries to fight the attraction. However, one day when they are discussing her stories, they end up kissing. Ivy is confused to goes to talk to him about what happened, and things heat up between them. Sebastian goes to a conference to put some distance between them but when he needs something Ivy brings it to him which has they giving into to temptation. Sebastian hasn't exactly been open about himself completely and when she learns this after hearing him refuse to give her a recommendation Ivy questions whether she should continue working there. Will she leave everything behind? Can Sebastian show her she is the one he wants?
This is a great story a little slow at first but soon picks up. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.
