This ending is bittersweet. While I'm happy to see hayliel and her men get the happy ending they deserved I am absolutely going to miss these characters and this world. The climax of this book was done beautifully and even though there was loss, there was victory and hope. The spice was sinfully hot and my goodness the group scenes were definitely being read one handed. I hope we get Dina and maybe even miras stories in the future!

This series gets a 10/10 for me.

I am so grateful to have been an ARC reader.
would have finished it the same night I received it, but unfortunately, it took longer thanks to a migraine that crashed on me.

Finally done and wow, what a series.
amazing character development.
Great plot story and such breathtaking writing.

Without giving away spoilers, this series is well worth the read, with friendship, romance, and spicy spicy spice levels.

Thank you, Victoria Pauley, for gifting us with your magnificent mind.

“She just found out she’s a Seraphim—angel royalty with enough power to scorch demons—but all she wants is to save her parents and her best friend. Cue betrayals, battlefields, and an archangel who needs to be taken down… hard.”
Oh, honey—Wings of Valor is not here to politely hold your hand through a gentle fantasy stroll. No, Victoria Pauley drags you headfirst into celestial drama, demonic chaos, and a Seraphim heroine who is one part fierce warrior, one part emotional hurricane, and one part “I will ruin you if you hurt my people.”
“She’s fierce, winged, and done playing nice. Between battlefield heat and slow-burn longing, Wings of Valor will break your heart and set it on fire.” 🔥👑💋
Our girl Hayliel? She starts out just trying to save her parents and her bestie Zeke, but oh no—plot twist—turns out she’s a Seraphim. That’s angel royalty, baby, with the kind of wings that make enemies stop mid-battle to reconsider their life choices. But it’s not just about the sparkly powers. Being Seraphim comes with baggage, and Hayliel has to figure out who she is while juggling a war, an archangel gone rogue, and demons who are way too comfortable in her personal space.
“Four warriors. One war. Zero patience for betrayal. Hayliel and her allies aren’t just fighting for victory—they’re fighting for each other.” ⚔️💔✨
Let’s talk about her allies—Raphael, Theo, and Zeke. This isn’t just a group of sidekicks; this is found family with battle scars. They’ve got each other’s backs, they know when to push and when to comfort, and they’ll risk it all to take down Auriel (aka the fallen Archangel who decided teaming up with demons was a cute personality trait). The group banter? Sharp. The loyalty? Unshakable. The tension? Let’s just say there are moments where the heat could melt armor.
“Every battle could be their last… and every stolen glance feels like the first sin.” ⚔️❤️
Betrayals? Check. Lieutenant Atlas? Oh, we see you, sir, and we are not impressed. High-stakes battles? Absolutely. Emotional gut-punches that have you screaming into your pillow? Every few chapters. This is not the kind of story where anyone sits around waiting for a miracle—this is strategize, fight, cry a little, and fight again until you either win or die trying.
While the romance is a slow burn, the emotional chemistry between characters is sizzling. The protective glares, the lingering touches, the “I’ll die for you without hesitation” energy—it’s enough to have you kicking your feet under the blanket. Pauley knows how to weaponize tension and make you desperate for every scrap of closeness between battles.
“Hayliel’s done playing nice—time to save her people and burn his kingdom down.” ⚔️👑
Wings of Valor is about choice, agency, and finding the kind of courage that’s equal parts heart and claws. Hayliel learns that power doesn’t mean anything if you’re not willing to stand by your convictions, and her growth is just as satisfying as the battles are epic.
“Wings of Valor by Victoria Pauley – Read it before it owns your soul”🗡️💛👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The hot angels are back I REPEAT the hot angels are BACK! I have to say, I definitely waited patiently for this, ask anyone 😇 the fourth and final book of the Silver City University series and HOLY FUCK I WASNT READY!!

When I tell you this book had me in a chokehold I MEAN IT. The amount of times I shouted at my kindle was unbelievable?? Because excuse me WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? I was gripped from the start, couldn’t put it down, I had to force myself to stop reading or I would have pulled an all nighter.

The pacing? Perfect. Pure and honest perfection. The writing? Absolutely incredible. The characters? HOT AND AMAZING or unexpectedly deceiving and evil or kind and friendly allies, honestly it has it all.

Of course Hayliel is my favourite again, the men a close second collectively. I love how close they all are and how she makes them all feel loved individually and together. And I also love how protective they are of her and of each other as well. They’re quite literally perfect together.

The SMUT!! Holy mother of angels😏 it was good!! Incredibly descriptive, especially the very first smut scene 🫣 honestly the smut in this series is top tier, it’s always the perfect amount, it doesn’t drag on for ages, it’s the right amount of build up all the way to the…✨finish✨🤭

My heart broke for Hayliel so much in this book, she really went through it. She was still so strong though. I went through so many emotions during this book, happiness, sadness, shock and anger. I can’t believe the series is finished, I have loved every single one and although I’m sad that it’s ended, it was an absolute incredible series and the way it ended was amazing.

Overall, I loved this book so much, everything about it was perfect, I’ll miss Hayliel and her men, I’ll miss reading about hot angels and their antics but maybe I’ll reread the series one day. I definitely recommend all 4 books and can confidently say SCU is one of my favourite series.

As soon as I finished reading Wings of Strife I couldn't wait for more of this series! This fourth installment instantly became one of my most anticipated reads of 2025. I headed right back to Silver City University as soon as I could. I absolutely loved this book!

Hayliel, Ezekiel, Raphael, and Theo are back! What a fantastic and totally addictive ending to this amazing series!

These angels and their one of a kind journey will keep you on edge, paint such vivid picture with every page turn, have you blushing all kinds of red, feeling every emotion under the sky, and have your heart falling hard. Love this series so dang much!

If you haven't taken your trip to Silver City University yet, now is the perfect time to dive in. ❤️🪽

ARC Review ‘ Wings of Valor’ by Victoria Pauley.
Aww so sad to see this series ending.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading them all.
The conclusion was in all amazing!
As the team gears up to fight against the demons, more revelations are being made, Hayles discovers yet another power:
A few of her loved ones are in danger which they have to save.
But that sad scene omg whyyyy??!!
Their 🌶️ has picked up a notch and especially that last scene had me scratching my head, talk about a final stretch (no pun intended?) 🤣🤣

I Enjoyed this final book, all loose ends are tied, but yes I saw the hints!! So yesss sign me up for some intertwined stories whenever you write them 🥰
Cause I will definitely want to read about them too!!
If you haven’t read this series yet, then you should!
This whole series is a 10/5⭐️

What a way to finish a book series!!!
I have loved these characters since the first book and I have so many mixed emotions.
I loved their HEA but also extremely sad to say goodbye to them.

Victoria has created a world that you want to dive into and never leave. I’d love to have Hayliel as a bestie!

In this final book you get betrayals, heartache, bravery, acceptance, revenge, and a whole lot of love!

You like your books spicy? Well, this had all the spicy spice 🥵😍

I can’t recommend this series enough.
You will laugh out loud, you will cry and feel the characters pain, you will fall in love with them all.

Seriously, loved every minute of this book. And thank you Victoria for letting me send you ALL my reactions while reading 😂

I Did Indeed Skip the The End

So my last review was meh repetitive yada yada. I basically said I’d skip to the end of the 4th and well I did.

First off, I don’t think I actually missed anything so probably not a good thing if you skip 200 + pages and still know exactly what’s going on.

The traitors etc none of it was a surprise. The battle wasn’t a surprise. The end wasn’t a shock.

Ok I will govern credit to the mmcs taking licks and having real strife. But idk these was a good series idea the execution just wasn’t what I would have liked to have read. Needed more cohesive plot, better dialogue, and less repetition and general naivety and tiny info dumps with some action in the last three pages .

This series has been a favorite of mine since I picked up book one. Victoria. Pauley has built a fantasy realm in the a university, setting ,for celestial angels to learn about their powers and their history. But the angels are divided by stature ,power ,and background. They have to choose a side. Battle was unavoidable. It had me biting my nails and heartbroken for the loss. The character growth that Haylie our MFC has been through is captivating from Outcast to protector to godsend . She never gave up. I would definitely read this all over again from book one to book four 5/5⭐️ spice🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.
This is the final installment 😢

I absolutely fell in love with this series and seeing it come to an end is a bit bittersweet🥹
I loved seeing them face turmoil together but then fighting it off together. Especially with/without the support they have gained.🙂🪽

There are areas in the book where I teared up and didn’t think I would get over it. BUT I DID 👏🏻👏🏻 I was on edge the last 10 chapters haha

I love the HEA, and that epilogue 😉

definitely recommend reading this series if you haven’t already.

P.s Ezekiel is my man 🖤🪽😍 it’s gotta be the name.. or the dark hair… or the wings lol

This series has been wonderful from the very start. Each book was absolutely captivating and I’m so sad to see it end. This book definitely showed how young all our main group of characters still are, but they are so brave and what they work together to overcome shows their strength. My respect for Zeke in particular skyrocketed in this book. I will definitely miss these characters, but I hope the hints left mean that there are future books in the work with sneak peeks at their lives!

This book was so worth the wait. Once again this author and her talent for storytelling hits it's mark. I'm not giving anything away you'll just have to grab it up and find out for yourself. You'll be glad you did if you've been reading this series, and if you haven't, well, you need to it's so worth the read. The character development as well as the plot was plotting and phew the spiciness was next level.

Perfect ending

Won’t deny that it took me a bit to be entranced by this series. All aspects were there for me to love it, but it wasn’t until the last two and this one in particular that I loved it. There’s moments of drama, joy, action, sorrow, and even a moment of revenge filled laughter. It was entertaining to see the finale and how things changed as a result. Definitely enjoyed and thoroughly recommend.

Silvercity University

Book 4 finally concludes this series. The group faces great evil and strife, builds their army and battles ensue. Despite some rather dorky aspects, the story fits all the expected genres. Well edited and smoothly written. It's hard to beat book one which was my favorite, but this finale tied up most loose ends, except for Dina? Maybe next time?

Writing this review is bittersweet. I am SO incredibly happy with how the series turned out, all of the growth we witnessed in each character was amazing but I am SO sad to let go of each and every one of them.

This series was one that I picked up on a whim and NEVER put it down, I will FOREVER recommend Victoria and this series, until my last breath!

A sweet ending to the story for Hayliel and the guys! There were moments I felt that tensions and events were kind of brushed over but I think thats also just the nature of fast paced books - it had been a hot second since I read the previous 3 books (and didnt want to reread) and forgot it was a fast paced story so thats on me. But other than that I'd say it's a solid read - fast and easy with a nice balance of heavier and lighter moments! Thoroughly enjoyed it! 🫶🏻

The story ends with hints at a possible new book/series in the same universe 👀 Will be looking forward to if and when that happens ~
