Souls in Bondage #2.5

Subs for Lunch

Rate this book
Best friends Micah, Haven and Finn find a new sandwich shop called Mouthwatering Subs. When they talk the owners into selling them some T-shirts, naughtiness ensues. The three submissives invite their dominants out to their favorite club, Darkness, for a night of fun jumpstarted by the suggestive T-shirts. A worried Finn just wants Jake, his overworked dominant, to relax. Haven is looking to bring some laughter to his usually serious Dom, Kellen. And mischievous Micah has the tallest order to fill. He's hoping for a public spanking. Will his normally possessive Dom, Nick, bare Micah's ass in the club for all to see? It's a night of fun and frolic for the three subs and their sexy Doms.

It was so nice to see the three couples have fun together. The angst and major issues in the previous books was not completely settled, and there is still some time needed for the boys to have complete confidence in their relationship with their doms, however that is as it should be. Nothing bugs me more than complete, unequivocal forgiveness when the damage was so severe. Those issues were touched on but not the focus here.

This short was not about the past, but about the growth and strength building of the friendship between the subs and their individual relationships. I definitely need more Micah...I had no idea he and Nick weren't perfect, LOL

The T-shirt were so delicious. I loved that they were able to get the doms to participate in their little adventure. All in all this was a great, light weight read; an easy side story compared to the previous books, and it was necessary to temper the heartbreak in those books.

Can't wait for more.

A very short short that follows a 2 book series that I suggest reading in order.

Staying on my "to be read again" Christmas shelf.

Subs for Lunch was a fun little romp to revisit the 3 main pairs from the first 2 books. Kellan/Haven and Nick/Micah from Broken Bonds as well as Jake/Finn from Bitter Bonds. the subs get a little bratty all in the name of fun and their Doms’ happiness. It is fun. It is hot. It is a quick little read. If you are a fan of the series, I highly recommend it.

Cute but nothing new. Just a few days in the life of the three doms and subs we've met in the previous two stories. It's very short and ended a bit abruptly. I would definitely read another of the full length (though still under 100 pages) books in the series but am not so sure I would go for another "in between" short.

Ingenious seriously. The sub t-shirts amused the heck out of me and I thought it was clever. Story made me want to see more of Nick and Micah's back story. It did a fine job of setting up the next book for Ray.

Yea! More Kellen and Haven and Rick and Micah and Finn and Jake! Such fun - hot and cute and sexy. Loved the tshirts and the sub shop and the shenanigans Micah comes up with.

The boys have decided to put together a plan to give their doms a night of fun. Along the way they all get what they really need even if it wasn't what they expected.

Cute, but ended before the talk between Micah/Nick that I'd been waiting for *sigh*
Nice to revisit the couples.
