I did really like this book - Bridget’s writing is easy to read, and aesthetically the book is lovely too. It was a nice size, the font was large enough for failing eyes, and there was lots of white space between paragraphs and pages - at no point did it feel too hard to get through. But that was also something that disappointed me - information seemed quite light on in parts - just when you were getting into a particular topic and wanted to know more, the chapter (1-2 pages) was finished, which would leave me Googling to find out more later. I understand the book can’t go on forever but there was a lot of white space and a lot of recipes instead of more information. I’d still recommend it, though.
