Explains the concept of hypnobirthing and that's about it. For such a short "guide," it repeats itself constantly and provides no actual guidance on how to prepare for a hypnobirth. The only possibly take-away from this is that someone might want to take a hypnobirthing class.

interesting book of hypno birthing and it explained a stressful birth of your baby. You got to read this book is very interesting if you want a natural birth without medicine.
