Protecting Kelli❤️🩹
Protecting Kelli is the next book in the SEAL of Protection series by Susan Stoker and focuses mainly on Flash and Kelli🙌
Flash and Kelli both arrive in Jamaica separately for bachelor and bachelorette’s getaways. When a trip, which they both advised against, goes belly up, they find themselves a captive of a man intent on gaining ransoms for them.
This story illustrates the dangers of travelling outside safe boundaries but also the fragility of the human soul and how easily it can be broken, but because Flash and Kelli were together they overcame each obstacle thrown at them and stood together in true unity🥰
A more beautiful story I could not imagine. Though the ending of this one has certainly got me excited to find out more about Smiley and Bree…which feels like it’s so far away right now😢

Flash & Kelli
Susan Stoker never disappoints. Romance, action, adventure. It’s all there. The good guy always wins. He always saves and gets the girl. And he always so good to the girl! Flash is amazing. He is so good to Kelli - without realizing that his behavior is even out of the ordinary. Kelli is good. She’s a good person, while not perfect. She doesn’t do anything stupid that threatens her own safety. I totally enjoyed this one! Super amped up for the mega finale that’s coming!

siamo dunque al penultimo volume di questa serie, che ci ha fatto ritrovare anche i protagonisti di altre serie, e qui partiamo da una vacanza in giamaica, dove wade "flash" si trova per il matrimonio di sua sorella
la conoscenza con kelli è molto casuale e questo è ben strutturato così come il rapimento, che in questi paesi è frequente ai soli fini di riscatto
la storia tra i due è un pò affrettata, specie da parte di lui che all'inizio appare un pò snob verso questa donna curvy e semplice, ma poi come la stoker ci ha abituato si riscatta nel libro....
indubbiamente la parte più bella è quella collegata all'ultima protagonista del prossimo volume bree, con un colpo di scena legato a...........non spoilero!!!!
resta comunque una lettura piacevole, come un'ottima traduzione ed editing che si sentono
preso in unlimited

loyal friends
One of the things I’ve always loved most about Susan Stoker’s books is the friendships that exist with the characters. The level of loyalty, love and trust between them all - and not just the male teammates but the women as well - is so inspiring. That friendship is front and center in this book when Flash and Kelli get kidnapped while on vacation and Flash’s team drops everything to come to their rescue. As they deal with the aftermath, the men and women in the Susan Stoker world rally around them without question.
The relationship between Flash and Kelli is sweet, and I love how it develops. Flash gives Kelli the time and space to be sure of her feelings after their intense experience which is such an amazing thing for him to do. No surprise, Kelli’s feelings are real and the relationship solidifies as they navigate life and the drama that follows them home. Sad there is only one book left in this series, but also really looking forward to it!

PROTECTING KELLI (SEAL of Protection: Alliance Book 6) by Susan Stoker. A book that is action-packed, and everyone will be wondering how it will end. At the very least I was.
Wade “Flash” Gordon was taken a break from being a Navy Seal and was now on his way to a Jamaican resort. His teammates warned him it wasn't a safe place anymore. His younger precious sister was going to be married soon, and her fiancé was throwing his bachelor party at this resort, and cute girls would be there too. Wade is the one to keep his eyes on her future husband. There are some beautiful girls at the bachelorette parties too. Flash was not having a great time sitting alone on a beach. Until he met a cute petite but curvy girl sitting on the beach too. They had hit it off right away. Her cousin was the one getting married, but she knew it's their families that were the ones that made her invited. Flash and Kelli Colbert both were sitting on the beach together now. Flash realized that for the first time in this trip he felt he's content. Kelli was a breath of fresh air. She was down-to-earth, funny, honest, and he thought she was hot. They were made for each other and found out they did have homes not far from each other. He'd known that Flash's teammates had really warned him against going to Jamaica and all the dangers there. Flash and Kelli had somehow found out that they should have stayed at the lodge. But if accidentally a couple get kidnapped, make sure you are with a Navy Seal. They were in a real bad predicament, but help was on its way. Until they were rescued, Kelli had a hero in Flash.
The next book in this series is Protecting Bree. You get a chapter at the end of this book not coming out until January 6, 2026. An awful man from Fiona Rain Storm, Julie Lytle, & now Bree Haynes past. He wants all three back and thinks they will belong to him. I don't think the woman's Navy Seals will let that happen. Least I'm hoping not! I guess I have to wait to see!

The suspense is intense right from the start. Flash trusts his SEAL team will find them—and they do—but the danger doesn’t end with the rescue. Their kidnapper is still out there, and he’s not about to walk away from the money he planned on. That lingering threat keeps the tension high even after Flash and Kelli make it home.
What I loved most was how fast their connection felt real. Being trapped together forged a bond stronger than your average vacation fling. Once Flash discovers Kelli actually lives near him back in California, there’s no question—he’s keeping her close, no matter what. And honestly? A new Susan Stoker novel is always worth the wait!
Protecting Kelli is the sixth book of Susan Stoker's SEAL of Protection: Alliance series. I have been waiting for this book to be released! When it finally arrived in my Kindle library, I immediately dropped what I had been reading and began Protecting Kelli. Susan's fantastic, creative imagination transported me to another world, far away from rural Missouri.
Protecting Kelli is full of non-stop action, sexy alpha males, and incredible women who continue to blow me away with their wisdom and strength. Kelli's attitude was inspirational, and I highlighted numerous quotes. The bond between Kelli and "Flash" was heartwarming. Interspersed with the action were plenty of witty dialogue and laugh-out-loud moments. The SEAL team's found family reminds me of my military days. I am always delighted by their unconditional love and support for each other.
My only complaint is that I have to wait until January to read the next novel!

Kelli & Flash
This was a fun story! Kelli is unique in that she doesn't use Flash's real name - she knows him as Flah rather than Wade. I think that's only happened maybe one or two other times throughout all Susan's couples!
I love how quickly Kelli & Flash connect. And the open communication! 💜 Like, it's always my favorite when couples know they like each other & SAY so. 😁 They get pretty steamy, and creative, and have quite a lot of energy for each other... 🔥🌶🔥🌶
Also love the role a certain other FMC plays in this story. And!! We get some excellent previewing of Smiley & Bree's story.
Flash does some MacGyver-ing of his own during the kidnapping, which was cool. And Kelli is fabulous in scary situations! She thinks she'd fall apart, but when the rubber meets the road, she's an asset to Flash & herself. She meets the challenges presented to her with a level head.

Ward "Flash" Gordon and Kelli Colbert are begrudging attendees at Bachelor and Bachelorette parties in Jamaica because of family pressures. They mutually agree that they're not into the bar scene and flirting antics as the rest of their groups. What ensues is at first genial and enticing but then becomes a nightmare. I really liked that both Flash and Kelli are very straightforward people with little artifice. She's a bit self-deprecating and he's quick to point out how wrong he thinks she is. Leaning on each other draws them closer together and starts what could become a lifetime relationship. There are some big obstacles and scary moments along the way but you'll be rooting for these two in every step of their journey. Added bonus? The next and seemingly last book in this series is set up perfectly by Susan Stoker. The wait for its release will seem endless.

I love Susan Stoker's books and Protecting Kelli is no exception.
I read Protecting Kelli after just returning from a beach vacation. And I was thankful that mine was way way way less exciting than the vacation? that Kelli and Wade experienced.
So, the story starts with both Kelli and Wade at a Jamaican resort, each of them there as reluctant members of bachelorette/bachelor parties. And boy that reluctance is much deserved. Ugh. The members of both parties leave much to be desired.
And then of course, this is Susan Stoker after all, Kelli and Wade get kidnapped. Not really a better situation than hanging with sucky people, but they do make the best of it and ultimately, after rescues and fun times with friends, Kelli and Wade do finally get their happy ending. I loved every second of this standalone romantic-suspense story!

The fact that Flash declined to go on any mission to stay with Kelli till the perp was caught was a huge plus in this book.. I was very happy to see this.. Because normally, nobody does this and it's irritating that they go out on missions even when their women are in danger.. It's different from others because in every other book, the villain appears when the Seals are deployed.. That pattern is boring, annoying and predictable..
The standout is Flash and Kelli and their bond throughout.. The fact that they were together always was a major highlight.. Kelli was also not stupid or stubborn and didn't break any rules till the villain appeared.. This in itself is a great thing to witness because most of the time, we see girls being stupid and silly and wanting to venture out in the open just for them to get caught.. Overall, this was a great, solid read.. 💥

From danger and suspense to passion and love
What starts out as an obligation for both Kelli and Flash turns into so much more.
While on vacation, they both find themselves kidnapped. But Flash knows his team will find them. He reassures Kelli that they'll be ok. She may be skeptical, but she trusts him. What other choice does she have? Spending time with him, she learns so much about him and his team.
After they're rescued and return home. They think the danger is behind them. But in true Susan Stoker fashion, the danger and suspense is only beginning.
When the danger comes knocking and Kelli is taken again. With the help of a surprise friend. Bree appears and places herself in danger yet again to help. Flash and his teammate Smiley will have to act fast to save her.

This author is a simple read; she writes soap operas. She always delivers on her predictable formula of insta-lust and love, suspense, danger, action, macho males, women who get hurt and need to be rescued. Plenty of cliches ('my woman' etc). This one made me roll my eyes when they are buried in an old school bus. In the bus is a box with random objects in it which, naturally, Flash will figure out how to use for them to survive. Also within a few hours of them being kidnapped, he's decided Kelli is the type of woman he wants to marry.
This story is very predictable and 75 pages too long. I started skimming when Kelli decides she'll become an electrician so she can fix the neon sign at Jessyka's bar. The author must think we have read no other military action stories because we KNOW these guys' apartments would have top security including cameras.

Another winner from Susan, who as always weaves a good story and ties in with some of her other series. Kelli Colbert wasn’t where she really wanted to be, but the sun and sand were relaxing all the same. Wade ‘Flash’ Gordon, was keeping an eye on his soon to be brother in law even though he had nothing in common with any of the guys. A chance meeting between Kelli and Flash, they hit it off immediately. Of course there’s drama and danger lurking and Kelli and Flash find themselves in deep trouble. Kelli, curvy and confident proves herself more than resilient and Flash is falling for her, quickly. The narrators were easy to listen to and the story flowed providing the listener with a sneak peek of what’s to come in Protecting Bree.

Most of the story was good. I liked the protagonists and how they met and eventually worked together to survive. I liked the rescue by his teammates and the parts back in Riverton where they meet up with their friends. I had to skip the sex scenes because as usual they got way too graphic, and crossed the line into yuck territory for me.
If the story had ended after Smiley and Bree’s conversation near the end, I would’ve rated it higher. But then it veered into the point of view of a truly disgusting villain and essentially created a bucket load of dread for the next book, and that completely canceled any happy ending. I hate cliffhangers, and I hate spending time in the villain’s head. Why on earth would you write something so disgusting?

La storia è sviluppata bene! I due protagonisti funzionano e si completano a vicenda! Bellissime descrizioni dei luoghi e delle sensazioni provate dai vari personaggi che descrivono il proprio punto di vista! Conosco da parecchi anni la Stoket e il suo modo di scrivere e so che leggerla è sempre una garanzia!

How to say something about this book without giving anything away? It was fast paced, completely enthralling, and left me with actual chills! Our couple have a chance meeting, get thrown into a dicey situation, then are together even afterwards, as the bad guy is still after them. I loved these two, how honest and forthright they were with each other. How they took into account the feelings of others, and made sure each other were comfortable. How they had such great chemistry, and acted on it with abandon. Their loyalty and consideration of each other, and those around them, made them easily a likeable and wonderful couple <3

Another favorite Susan Stoker book. Oh. And the audiobook is amazing! Several narrators and all are outstanding especially Aiden Snow and CJ Bloom who narrate the leads.
Kelli and Flash meet under extreme circumstances, kidnapped in Jamaica. After they are saved, their kidnapper is determined to make them pay.
That’s pretty much all I can share without giving away big plot points! This is book 6 in the SEAL of Protection Alliance series and all the characters from the other books are back, plus those from the other SEAL series.
This is a fabulous series and I recommend every book. And. I need book number 7 like yesterday!

normally susan gives me a blanket and an armchair to settle in to as i fall for the H and h, learning how they grow to fall for eachother. then the angst and suspense floods in with sinister pll9ts afoot.
here, however, susan throws the action in right from the get go so I was left thinking where is this storyline leading??
so it was playing evade. search, protect. for mist of the book.
loved the survival knowledge and old favourites popping up from different series. I smile all the time.
Aiden Snow, yummo, i love his voice. he's a 1 click buy for me.
CJ, brilliant as always.

WOW! Who knew Flash was so good with words!
I love that they meet in a place neither of them wants to be, with people neither of them wants to be with, nor like! And they just click, finding an acceptance, a spark and safety they have never experienced before. And when things turn dangerous...they keep each other focused and calm, determined to keep the other safe.
Their journey, whilst dangerous, is beautiful....fast but beautiful and we get to catch up with Bree too - she is a hero in her own right and a complete badass! I cannot wait for Smiley and Bree's book, but I am gutted that theirs will be the final book in the series.

Loved this book!
I loved this story of Flash and Kellie! They meet in Jamaica, she's with a bachelorette party and he's with his sister's fiance bachelor party. Neither really wants to be there. But they find that they have fun together. Until, of course, they get kidnapped for ransom. Flash's SEAL team thankfully rescues them both. I love these two together. I love this book and series! I highly recommend! I absolutely cannot wait for Smiley and Bree's story. We have been waiting forever for this. And now it looks even more thrilling then we expected!! Can't wait!

Choosing love and goodness
Wade/Flash and Kelli. An international kidnapping, a stalker, and an attack… this story was full of action and danger. The villain was known from the get go as the team went to rescue Wade and his new friend Kelli. Tex and Raleigh were involved, but no one could find the bad guy. Bree is back and we see her be a hero and take charge personality again. Smiley was a great friend, SEAL, and character in this book having Flash’s back and being instrumental in rescuing Kelli. The ending sets up the next Book and that cliffhanger connecting it do to characters from a way earlier book and series has me antsy for it to be published!

But the kidnapper has their IDs and knows where they live. when she has to hide in her closet in a suitcase when someone breaks into her apartment, she calls Flash but the guy is gone by the time he gets there. Now the both have to worry about this guy getting one of them. Will they find him before that happens? Who would is the surprise visitor to Smiley's place while Kelli is there alone?

Every story has the ability to bring in as many previously mentioned characters whilst allowing new ones to develop, as well as the main ones. Kelli is one very brave girl incarcerated with Flash in a revolting situation, goes from strength to strength. Eventually rescued by his team, the guy that committed the kidnap is a detestable, character that becomes more so as the story unfolds. The physical and emotional attraction of Kelli and Flash are there from the get go. Drama is throughout as the plot unfolds too. The romantic chemistry is also very electric. Good over evil with a peppering of a lost lady Bree, with a very disturbing ending. As ever a wonderful storyline.

Kelli and Wade meet in Jamaica while they are attending their respective family’s pre-wedding festivities. Both are aware of the unrest in Jamaica and are leery about going off the resort grounds but feel responsible to help protect their group when it’s decided to go river tubing. Of course, the worst thing happens, and Kelli and Wade are kidnapped and held for ransom. Although they are rescued by Wade’s team within days, the trouble follows them back to California. We also get to see a lot more of Bree, the heroine in the next book that Susan Stoker’s been teasing us with forever!

Oh yeah! I love these stories! They have that danger element, all the suspense plus good times with your favorite SEAL! In here it’s Flash’s turn (I wasnt a huge fan of him before) and boy does he bring his “A” game! He meets his woman in the Jamaica wilderness and they get cozy! I enjoyed all their time together and really I just love these kidnapping/jungle theme stories. Plus we get to see a certain girl who has been evading Smiley for quite a few books now! We get a sneak peek Into their story next and I can not wait!

Susan Stoker has been one of my favorite authors for awhile now, and her latest book, Protecting Kelli has me jumping for joy! The hero in this story is possessive, but yet knows when not to be overly possessive. The heroine has had a few challenges in her life, but hasn't let them define her.

Protecting Kelli
Good grief, there aren't enough words to properly describe this story. I have probably read 95% (at least) of Mrs. Stoker's books. This is, IMHO, is one of her best. It has everything you want in one of her stories, strong alpha male, an equally strong alpha female, beautifully described locations, a bit of suspense, a bit of sex, a perfectly obnoxious bad guy and a love story you will fall in love with! Can't wait for Bree and Smiley's story, it promises to be another winner!! Thank you, Susan, for your absolutely fantastic imagination!
