Jamie’s a former child star who’s trying to leave his past behind him. He’s working at a coffee shop and living in a converted closet room while he tries to follow his dream and become a writer..
Silas and Bran are lovers, two Daddies just looking for a boy of their own. They’ve helped a lot of boys in need, nurturing them until they find a Daddy of their very own. While helping others out has been fulfilling, they both yearn for a time when the boy they help is their boy.
Jamie bumping into Bran and spilling coffees everywhere is an inauspicious start to their relationship, but it is a start and Silas and Bran see something in Jamie that calls out to them. He’s certainly a boy in need and Silas believes he just might be the one.
Jamie’s never even heard of Daddies and boys, but he’s drawn to the loving couple and as long as everyone’s okay with it, he’s willing to have a threesome.
Can Silas and Bran show Jamie what he’s missing and convince him that the two of them are exactly what Jamie needs?

Often referred to as "Space Cowboy" and "Gangsta of Love" while still striving for the moniker of "Maurice," Sean Michael spends his days surfing, smutting, organizing his immense gourd collection and fantasizing about one day retiring on a small secluded island peopled entirely by horseshoe crabs. While collecting vast amounts of vintage gay pulp novels and mood rings, Sean whiles away the hours between dropping the f-bomb and persuing the kama sutra by channeling the long lost spirit of John Wayne and singing along with the soundtrack to "Chicago."

A long-time writer of complicated haiku, currently Sean is attempting to learn the advanced arts of plate spinning and soap carving sex toys.

Barring any of that? He'll stick with writing his stories, thanks, and rubbing pretty bodies together to see if they spark.

A committed couple who are Daddies meet their boy. The two men were very attractive and I would have read a book just about them. They have made a lifestyle of helping sad or broken boys heal and to find their own Daddy. Part of the healing is a sexual relationship with these Daddies, who now want their own boy.

They meet a timid barista in a coffee shop and one of the men feels an instant desire for him. The other doesn’t, but he loves his partner and they take Jamie home with them. I did like the hurt comfort aspects of which Jamie needed a lot. He is a broke former child star, ripped off by parents and manager, and now sleeps in a walk in closet in a ten roommates house. Yikes!

There are plentiful sex scenes, meal scenes, shower scenes, spanking scenes. All the usual in a Daddy/boy book. For this being a three way relationship there were no uneven sides of the triangle. I did like the couple, they were attractive and sexy and the three way sex worked.

The story didn’t hold my interest throughout, there is a superficiality to the plot line and the depth of characters.
I wanted to read something deeper, so this was a DNF at 76%.
The author had to have gone to the B.A. Tortuga school of romance writing. I was sure that it was written by that author, but I read a bit online and this author is not that author, even though they use similar phrases and tropes as Ms. Tortuga. Interesting.

It was okay. Two daddies in an established relationship meet a shy boy in a café and basically decide he's theirs on the spot. Okay, one decided, the other decided a day later. James (Jamie) was a child actor who quit and went into hiding as a "normal barista". It was what you expect from this author but I know the city it's set and in some ways it's fun to read about your home city and places you know (neighborhoods and streets) even if they are changed somewhat. But this takes place in Canada (not said, but I know that) and I'm pretty sure Canadian child actors are NOT pursued by paparazzi years after they quit the biz. We just don't care that much. LOL Of course Jamie had no clue about Daddy/boy lifestyle and there is a whole herd of boys ready to help him out. As I said, what you'd expect. It was fine. I seem to be reading a lot of books that are "fine" these days.

Awww. This writer keeps clicking with me so well. That was sweet as cotton candy. By the way, someone tell those men to eat their veggies! The amount of carbs eaten in this book were off the charts, even by hedonist standards (I'm one too so I would know).
I loved the playful sexy times and all the talking & communication. 💙
