A power packed book with short stories and lessons from some of the greatest leaders of the world. It is rare to see a book having leadership lessons from the leaders with such diverse backgrounds from management, corporate, art, music, science, politics etc. - you name it. The theme across the board is focused on greatest achievements of some 56 greatest leaders of all times and what leadership lessons can be learnt from their success stories. I liked the way these lessons are compiled in the form of 3-4 page short stories about these leaders.

I agree with the reviewer below BUT the book does contain alot of good examples of leadership and how each leader exemplified a particular trait that made them successful. I took the book as a great example of past leaders that one can learn to emulate and also do further research on. I also liked how the book referenced good books to read from the particular leader. Overall, great book and a fantastic read. I will be rereading this book again in the future.

This book was a very fast read. It contains lots of different success stories from many fields. My only disappointment is that it contains so few contributions from women.
