This book contains more than 2,300 practice questions with rationales that broadly and explicitly cover essential categories, including participation in treatment plan development, medication assessment, administration, and documentation, basic nursing care assessment and interventions, common diagnostic tests and procedures, nutrition and diet, legal and professional responsibilities, and psycho-social assessment and interventions. It is not intended to reflect the exact questions of the Board examination. The author's intention is to provide effective review material for the reader. Various levels of difficulty are represented in this book and their rationales. Some questions are repeated for the purpose of retention and learning.
