Night Class is a short and sexy New Adult vampire story. It was well-written and was definitely a fast and easy read. The characters exude mystery especially Professor Thane who's not only oozing hot but very composed and smart.
I enjoyed the story as a whole. It was steamy and the premise was definitely interesting. I just wish it was a bit longer because it really has a great potential if it's a normal-length book. On the other hand, I love the ending of this short story. It delivered an air of mystery, however, it also left me wanting more.
I like this romantic steamy short story. I wish this is longer because it has a great potential. Though it somewhat reminds me of The Raven by Sylvain Reynard. Professor Thane is a hot vampire history professor and he makes me more curious. Hannah Crow's writing style is really great.
This book was a short quick read. It was very steamy and I liked the vampire elements in it. I feel the story was a bit quick and I really wanted a bit more. It ended a bit different than I am used to and I was not mad about that. I think for a quick read it was ok. I guess I expected more from a vampire story.
I knew this was ashort story, so I was okay with it. My rating reflects the fact that a history major student doesn't understand why personal accounts, journals and biographies are useful... err seriously? The steamy sexy scene was well done, excellent setting description and character's emotions. I feel this might turn into a full lenght book, that hopefully explores more about history as a subject to teach and the relevance of its methods alongside with character's interactions.
I am not a fan of vampire stories, but I saw a review by my friend on Goodreads Pearl and then the amazing cover and decided to pick it up. I was not disappointed and neither will you be. This is a steamy short about a student and her professor. It was amazing how this author was able to create a plot, likable characters and the world, using such a short amount of pages. Wonderful read.
She needs to pass and he needs her…will things work out?
This is a short story, but it’s got hot moments. He’s a vampire, she’s a student and they’re playing with fire. I liked the premise of this story, teacher-student relations. It’s hot.
This is a short story, though, so it’s a tad short on details and a little thin on story. Rachel goes to the professor because she’s not doing so hot and he’s happy she’s there because she’s hot. For sheer erotic reading, it’s got the heat.
That said, there are some quirks. It’s short, so there isn’t much to the story. It’s also a bit muddled. The story feels like it’s being told from Rachel’s point of view, but then seems to slip into omniscient pov. It jarred me, but might be fine for other readers. This story also straddles between erotic and hot. It would be fine if the author went right for hot or right for erotica, but the straddling might leave some readers wanting more.
If you’re interested in a hot read that will singe the screen for a half an hour’s worth of reading, then this is the one for you.
This is an incredibly short book only 23 pages but it ends at 63% so while reading I was under the impression that there was more to come this was obviously not the case which was a shame since I would have liked more. Night Class is more of a taster but it's not there's no dreaded 'cliffhanger' it's just a quick read and as such difficult to rate I would normally give 2 stars which I know looks negative but it's not it's just that it seems so unfair to rate a 23 page book the same as a full length one in my opinion so I've given 2.5 since I did enjoy what there was.
I'm unsure exactly how to review this..... writing. I'm all for short stories, however this is only a scene. It seems like it was taken out of the center of a full length novel. It has great potential but as is, just kinda seems like a really long teaser or a longer prologue for a full length novel. I'm giving it 3 stars because I cannot even really make a decision on if its good or bad.
Really enjoyed this sexy short story. These erotic short stories are brilliant to give you that pleasure your are seeking from reading erotic stories but in bit sized chunks. The story itself was good not sure how I feel about the ending, Thane makes a good suggestion that is like the first time every time but if it's that good wouldn't you want to remember

I loved the idea behind this short story however the execution was not great. It just jumped in with no real beginning and the ending was also just not really there. It read more like it should be a chapter or two in a full length novel. It's not a bad read it was just disappointing to me because it sounded so good.
Awe man I freaking loved this book! Totally Devo it was so short I wanted more and more of Thane. I really hope this author continues to write right thanes story I'm sure this could be come a exciting new series. That will knock you off your feet
Freebie? Check. Struggling college girl? Check. Hot history professor? Check. Who just happens to be a vampire? Check. Quickie and to the point? Check.
Rather boring vampire porn in a short story. If one of the participants has to be a vampire, can’t there be an original plot worthy reason for the sex other than ooh, he’s a vampire?
This novella managed to pack so many problems into so few pages.
The main male character starts off by telling the main female character that she reminds him of his dead wife... ok...
The main female character is a virgin, because aren't female main characters always, and apparently he can smell that she is a virgin... what the f*ck?
The main female character also comments that she feels like a dirty whore for performing oral sex - just nope. She also comments that she hopes if she 'pleases him' he will 'spare her'. So many problems!
Also the main characters dick is read and that just aint sexy.
Unfortunately just not for me.

Fab little freebie to read when you’re thinking about what other big book you plan to get stuck into next.
Rachel has been failing in her night class lately, feeling too tired to concentrate well. So when her professor asks her to meet him after class in his office she can only think the worse. Well turns out she was wrong!
Professor Thane is disappointed in Rachel’s work and fears it due to lack of interest. Once that gets cleared up he informs her he wants her to be his teachers assistant for the rest of the year to make up her marks. Only thing is that he is also looking for something more on top of that.
Rachel has been drawn to the professor for a while – I mean she does have eyes so can see how good-looking he is! She just can’t believe that he would be interested in her. To distract herself from his intense gaze she goes to look at his books – very old books mind you – but soon feels his presence behind her. She longs to lean back and just let go with him. She wants to let him be her first but might be questioning her sanity with that when he reveals a secret. He is a lot older than she first thought, try a few hundred years, his kisses come with more of a bite and she soon understands that there is a very good reason why all his classes are at night!
Professor Thane has felt a bond from with Rachel from the moment he met her but refused to act on it too swiftly. He wants her but doesn’t want her to be bound to him just because of their bond, he wants her to want him regardless. Only time will tell what way her feelings will fall, but come on there’s a bond for a reason!
Hot little short vampire read that sets the scene for what might follow nicely. Chemistry is seen from the start and slowly builds until they are almost one.
