Sheri Eleese has written another great story in her Starfall Grove universe and there is a lot of change going on with some great surprises. Forrest and Desmond’s families are on opposite sides of this society and really shouldn’t be together never mind being fated mates. While this book focuses on these two characters there is an awful lot going on in the background. The heat is high between them but the sex scenes fade to black after a few kisses (if that is important to you). As with all of her books I found that even though there is a lot going on I had no trouble keeping things straight and for me I struggle with some other books. Well plotted, lots of fun and love, action, adventure, power plays, interesting characters (even the bad ones lol) and more. It’s hard to talk about the plot without giving things away but I will just say that I really enjoyed it. Better read in order. Definitely recommend this series.

This is the third book in the Starfall Grove series and you should read the series in order. It is not a standalone read. This is the story of Wolf shifter Desmond Alvarez and earth witch Forrest Carlisle. The happiness of finding their fated mate is marred by dark forces keeping them apart. Forrest is taken and Desmond must use all of his resources to try and save him. This is their story. This book has a lot of danger and surprises. The two must fight for their mating. A powerful story that will keep you enthralled until the very end. I really enjoyed it. This book is very well written and easy to read. I can't wait for the next one and I just finished this one!

Something evil, this way comes. Forrest, 2nd son of a powerful witch family, is on the edge. He is emotionally beat down and struggling. He is ready to make a break when he meets his fated mate, Desmond. They mate, then family troubles interene and cause major relationship trouble. When Desmond plans to rescue Forrest, his Alpha, Scott intervenes and causes major relationship trouble. The insidious deep dark evil, is on the move. Friendships are challenged, loyalties are stretched. Twists are thrown in the mix and evil seems to have an edge. Fantastic series, excellent characters. Friends from previous stories are stepping up. Excellent story, great flow, riveting adventure. Nice cover art. Well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I’m loving this series! Each book has been brilliant and this is no exception! I was hooked from the beginning following Forrest and Desmond on their intriguing, fraught, dangerous journey to get the ending they want. Plenty of surprises on the way kept me avidly awaiting what was next! Brilliant ending and now I need the next one!.

It's like a bad horror movie...

I've read the author's other books and liked them well enough to keep reading. The plot in this one was so contrived that I may not continue the series. Characters constantly making bad, confusing decisions is what keeps the plot moving forward at a slogging pace. I facepalmed so many times. I'm hoping this is just a middle-book slump, and the rest of the series will be less contrived.

I’m really enjoying this series! This book focuses on Forrest and Desmond. These two fought hard to get their HEA. The challenges and dangers they faced tested their bond to its limits but they faced the dangers head on.

I’m looking forward to the next book!

WOW!! Powerful, very powerful story. The first page got me hooked. The other books started out a little slower. This one has a very wicked punch to it. So much happened and is still going on. This is the third book in the Starfall Grove series and it is brings characters from the previous books together to fight evil. The main characters in this book are Desmond a wolf shifter and Forrest an earth witch. Even with their combined powers the black magic thwarts them. This book ends in a cliffhanger that’s makes you anxious for the next book.

This is the third book of the series and it’s better to read in order, this is Forrest and Desmond’s story and I really enjoyed reading it, they have to fight hard and deal with danger and betrayal as they fight against evil for the chance to get their hea. This book ends on a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to read book four
