This contemporary women's fiction magical later-in-life romance that is page-turning with exceptional world-building that is exceptional in Cove Island with magnificent sunrises and sunsets that are vibrantly painted across the skies with tranquility engulfing the beach and the sea breeze blowing softly, a small town romance that is clean and wholesome with characters that are resilient, captivating, and realistic. After reading Sunset Hotel Beginnings by Annie Diamond, I had to read the second book in the Cove Island Beach series, Sunset Hotel Promises.
At the end of the first book, Darcy is through with her ex-boyfriend, Rob, hopefully! She is trying to better her life and help the residents of the Sunset Hotel through her caring nursing abilities. She is also trying to find out about Alex and what happened to him. This is a great storyline, but not the only one. Also, we find out more about the residents, which includes Joey, the chef and Elias brother, and their grandmother, Naomi, who lives at the hotel. Then there is also the Hotel manager, Stacey, who all are very interesting characters.
Will Darcy and Elias stay just friends or will there be a budding romance involved? Read this book to find out and enjoy another part of this saga as I did! Now so looking forward to reading the next book, Sunset Hotel Dreams!

Oh boy where to start? This book was exciting, intriguing and most of all interesting. I loved the way it was written. Every chapter was about one of the characters either current lives or past lives. It was a way to bring each person into the light and can see how they are today. The “troublemakers” stories make you cry and laugh at the same time and I love the idea of them writing a diary about their lives and thoughts and the history behind them as people. The whole concept of this book is truly fantastic. Left me sad that it ended, but knowing another will be released. Great for an nice clean adult read with interesting concept. Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry!

Sunset Hotel Promises is book two of the Cove Island Beach Series continues the story of Darcy, Elias, and the "troublemakers". The book reveals more about the characters and their backgrounds. Darcy and Elias face their issues as her ex-fiance appears to want her back. This book has intrigue, mystery, a missing individual, drama, revealed secrets, and a cliffhanger. The next book in the series is Sunset Hotel Dreams.

I love all things Annie Diamond and this does not disappoint, this is book two in The Cove Island Beach series. Elias is the owner of The Sunset Hotel, his brother Joey is the chef; and their grandmother Naomi lives at the hotel. Stacey is the manager and Darcy is the nurse everyone loves. The hotel houses half for short term rentals, and the other half for for the older residents; The Troublemakers. Can Elias and Darcy get their act together and start dating? Love the plot, great setting, and strong intense interesting characters. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!!!

This is going to be a slow burn I suspect not getting to D&E until the final book. But to ease my anticipation (I am not the most patient - I wanna know NOW - like a toddler), this is filled with lots of character development, family love and interesting side stories from the permanent residents' past in the form of their diary entries. Plus a little bit of intrigue in the form of missing persons and a stalker ex.

Book two - part two - I have fallen in love with "The Troublemakers" . The author continues to spin a tale that pulls you into the lives of a variety of characters with multiple stories going on simultaneously with glimpses into the past. It moves at a fast pace and ends with a cliffhanger. This is a well written, clean story, that deals with real life situations. I hope the third part of the story is out soon.

Well Annie Diamond does it again . A brilliant immersive read you could read over again . Amidst disasters and disappearance comes the appearance of calm and order .Darcy and Elias have trouble enough then her ex shows his face..missing persons stalker ex and a slow burn romance if they get half a chance after this merry dance . Great writing , good depth and the characters are awesome and endearing.

Fantastic read and I Devoured every page from start to finish. The cover is relaxing and has the perfect beach theme that makes you wish you were there. The characters are very engaging and it's a well-paced book with a wonderful storyline and HEA ending. Outstanding and a must have series in your kindle.

I can’t get enough of Annie Diamond’s books!! Darcy’s life is crazy at the hotel then her ex-fiancé shows up and throws more of a curve to her life!! One Troublemakers is missing. I can’t wait to see how this story continues. This is my opinion for the ARC. Annie Diamond writes clean wholesome stories that you fall in love with!!

Sunset Hotel Promises book 2

As Darcy is working at a hotel turned to the elderly as residents instead of a nursing home she hides her true self. She is wonderful with the residents and they love her. She goes out and beyond for them.
