I really enjoyed every part of this book. it cuts directly to the practical ways and websites to try out rather than focusing on giving general self-help advice. it is perfect for Gen Zs who want to try new ventures in their 20s. I also loved the formatting which flowed chapter by chapter with the research notes to go to for more depth. Highly recommend to anyone with similar goals!

This book was truly inspirational and given me a much needed kick up the backside!
My perspective on work and employment has changed rapidly due to my past experiences and the fact that i am a 'millenial' and not a 'GEN-Zer'.
As someone who has had a family young, it is now my time to really focus on my career and i was ready to settle into something that i would be okay with, but not completely fulfilled. But why should I? We only get one life right? Why would i want to spend my working life doing something that i'm not passionate about? Something that just pays the bills? Why can't i at least attempt to do something that i love?
So my career path has taken quite the drastic turn and i feel confident going into my next steps because of this book and Erifili's wonderful words of wisdom!
She provides the right tools to point you in the right direction with clear and concise advice and examples.
I have now been enrolled on a course that can allow me to become qualified in a job in which i can work around my family and live a life that's 'outside the norm'!
The book also focuses on looking after your mental wellbeing which can be easy to forget when it comes to our working lives, especially when it comes to separating it with our home lives.
Overall, this has the potential to change lives and for a book to do something like that is pretty incredible.

Truly one of the most useful and hands-on books I have ever read.
If you are looking to build a non-traditional career or are simply looking to gain more knowledge on all the opportunities out there - this is the book for you.
Felt like a step-by-step guide that shows you where and how to start, in an easy and enjoyable read.

Design Your Life is a great short read which provides strategies and practical steps you can take to craft your own unique career.
My favourite sections were the ones on personal branding and market research - Erifili provided a list of some great tips and tools which I will definitely utilise as I explore building my own content marketing bysiness! The book includes an action plan which is a helpful guide on getting started with your own career whether it’s being an entrepreneur, a content creator or something completely different.
If you’re interested in designing your own life, and having the flexibility to work remotely or be a digital nomad, then this is the book for you. Although it’s catered towards Gen Z, I think people of all ages will find the information useful. What Erifili highlighted in the book, and which honestly I need to drill into my mind, is that ‘Any step is a good step; any action is better than inaction’ 👩🏼💻

This inspiring book is aimed at Gen Zers considering working for themselves or freelancing, but as a Gen X, I used it to help plan my part time voluntary initiative.
I've thought about core values, being genuine, taking a risk at standing out, how to use social media more effectively and I've written an Action Plan.
The book is laid out in an easy to read format and I've carried it around with me to write notes and consider my next steps.

As a Gen X'er it seems I have a lot to learn...
As non fiction books go, I found the book an interesting and informative read that was laid out in an easy to understand format and wasn't to complex.
It's definitely a book that I will be referring back to in the near future, when I look to start my own online work from home business.

I was so excited for this book, as I am a teacher and want to start my side hustle creating helpful teaching resources and tutoring. This book is a great resource, whether you have a side hustle, work remotely or just want to create a better work environment for your current situation.
it takes on excellent topics, such as AI and how to think about incorporating all types of resources into your format. It has you take a look at yourself, your working style and how you manage yourself, your time and your mental health. It is easy to see why the author is so effective and successful in their work, as the plethora of knowledge shared is done so in a very accessible way and in a layout that gives way to you taking stock and thinking about yourself and your layout, as well as your planned way forward. It is an excellent book and one I recommend for all working people to read
