“Sometimes, the quietest places hold the loudest secrets.”
Romy Kingsbury was once the shining star of Periwinkle Shores, the girl everyone admired and envied. But after her parents' tragic death in a plane crash, Romy left the small coastal town for the bright lights of New York City, chasing dreams of becoming an actress. Those dreams were shattered when a brutal attack left her physically scarred and emotionally traumatized.
Now, Romy has returned to her aunt's house on Cliff Road, seeking solace in the quiet beauty of Cape Cod's windswept dunes. But the small town no longer feels the same. Romy's once vibrant personality is now hidden behind a veil of silence, and the people of Periwinkle Shores can only whisper about the changes in the girl they used to know.
Even Lucy Adams, Romy's best friend in high school, can't break down the walls Romy has built to protect herself from further pain.
As she cares for her ailing aunt, Romy uncovers the secrets hidden within her past—secrets that will force her to confront the darkest parts of her history and reshape her future in ways she never imagined.
On Cliff Road is a haunting tale of loss, redemption, and the enduring power of family. In the quiet corners of Cape Cod, Romy will discover that even the deepest scars can begin to heal when the truth is finally revealed.

The three Sea Glass Girls look to each other for strength
On Cliff Road is the third story in Annie Cabots Periwinkle Series. Ms. Cabot is to one of the best authors of cozy romance with great story lines. Each of her characters in all of her series are everyday people you would love to hang around with. Each book is like checking back with a friend you might not have talked to in a while but you easily pick right back up where you left off. I have read all that she has written, her Captiva series is one of my all time favorites. In the Periwinkle series we pick back up with the three Sea Glass sisters. Rachel is recovering from a dreadful marriage, her three year old daughter Everly is the joy of her life. Rachel is half owner of a vineyard that she runs with her very dear friend Jack. Lucy is an independent, very successful romance writer and their youngest sister is Hannah who is still finding her way in the world but makes the most unique beautiful sea glass jewelry. In book three we meet Romy, Lucy's BFF from high school who left for the bright light of NYC right after high school graduation, and is now back in town under mysterious circumstances. As the book goes along each sister finds a little more about themselves that has stayed hidden for many years. You can never go wrong with a book by this excellent author. You too will want to read everything she has written. On Cliff Roads is a book you don't want to miss!!

A beautiful story of healing and forgiveness. Well developed story line as well a great characters. So emotional, uplifting and inspiring as the characters navigate their past mistakes in order to begin their new journey. I honestly recommend this series. Enjoy.
I am going to miss the Sea Glass girls. Loved each of them and the way they dealt with issues. Also loved their independence and devotion to each other and their strong family ties.
On Cliff Road is a charming, beautifully written story about loss, healing, and the secrets we carry. Romy’s return to Periwinkle Shores after tragedy is raw and moving, set against the windswept beauty of Cape Cod. A tale of resilience and redemption that lingers long after the last page.
