Interesting book - and written in a way that mirrors the title - its creation is a team of teams with the while being greater than the sum of its parts.
It goes through the why, what and how of the book it gets broader and broader. I enjoyed it more as it went through and have taken some key points from it to aid me in my coaching, supervision and leadership approach. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
