Helpful guide

This book is an eye-opener for anyone trying to move on from toxic relationships. It includes practical advice and exercises that help you rebuild your self-worth and set healthier boundaries. Although I feel that some sections were a little bit repetitive, I appreciated how it doesn't just gloss over the pain but provides actionable steps to help you heal and grow. The personal stories are particularly inspiring and make the advice feel even more relatable.

First Half Very Helpful

The first half of the book was gold. The first half of this book described the quagmire of my life in a toxic relationship. Parts were so right on that it brought tears to my eyes; making me feel less alone.
The second half went into what a healthy, trusted relationship looks like. That was not helpful. It felt like something out of reach and, unrealistic, at least for me. I felt like I had read two different books, one helpful, one not.

Enjoyable read. Positive reinforcement. It's worth reading. Nothing groundbreaking, but I think the more positive reinforcement for these ideas, the better for us emotionally and mentally.
