This is the script for a stage play called "The Snake Pit".
“Amidst a mysterious storm at Glastonbury Festival, two couples find themselves swept into an experiment that will test the boundaries of love, desire, and fidelity.”
"Modern day. A married couple in their thirties find themselves in a comfortable tent atop a hill at the Glastonbury Festival, UK. As a sudden storm hits, they offer shelter to another couple. An enigmatic stranger briefly appears, delivering cryptic remarks before vanishing. The night takes an unexpected turn as the couples begin exploring uncharted territory in their relationships. By morning, the dynamics have shifted dramatically. Six months later, in Tulum, Mexico, the two couples, now with different partners, end up in neighbouring beachfront chalets. A chance encounter on the beach leads the husband and wife to reflect on their journey and the possibility of reconciliation before it's too late."An intimate dramedy in three acts.

Bio:
Mark DK Berry was born in England in the late 1960s and spent most of his life in London. At the age of forty, he moved to Australia, where he now resides in semi-retirement, enjoying the Queensland climate while working on his books.
During his time in London, he immersed himself in the music industry, and the joys and perils of this period serve as inspiration for some of his work. As a musician, he achieved some success with indie bands and later signed collaborative record deals that led to global CD and vinyl releases.
In between the adventures found in the nightlife of London, he embarked on journeys to foreign locations armed with nothing more than a bivvy, a machete, and a writing pad. These experiences inspired his travel journals, becoming one of his staple genres.
Although he still produces music and music videos, his primary focus since settling in Australia has been to write about his various experiences, hoping to benefit or simply amuse others.
All his published works, whether music, video, the written word, or his digital art, can be explored on his website www.markdkberry.com.
