I've been interested in reading about Mafia organisations for a long time. This book was really interesting, as it gave a straightforward, no nonsense account of information gleaned from various contacts who had allegedly had links with various branches of the Mafia. Whether or not these accounts can be relied on to be totally accurate reminiscences, I feel, is up to the reader. However, they certainly sell many copies of the numerous books available. One thread seems to run through all the written accounts is that the Mafia, and other similar organisations have been in existence for many years, and will probably go on for more years to come.
