This book is very practical and helpful. Nothing revolutionary or new but well writing. The ‘little book’ format was painful though. The text was tiny and difficult to read.

Learned some things. Good concise summary of a lot of wisdom.
Author would make a good mentor if you’re struggling and want to do coaching. Knows his stuff.
