A "necessary" (?) professional read, but *such* a painful one. For a supposed exam "cram" book, it is needlessly long-winded, desperately poorly written and loaded with poor metaphors that utterly fail to clarify anything. It remains to be seen as I write whether I shall pass the certification or not, but should I be successful, it will be in spite of and not because of this book. If I fail, then I shall be buying a different book in preparation for my next attempt. The second star is only in recognition of the breadth of its ambition - avoid! Desperately in need of some great literary escapism after this. Update 7/27 - sat and passed the exam last night. Doesn’t change my opinion, it was in spite of and not because of this book. There are far superior ones on the market, buy one of those.

It was a dry read but highly informative.

I docked a star only because the exam cram sheet had a duplicate. The book is highly educational so don’t skip this one.
