Don't guess your way to better health—unlock the secrets of peak performance today.
From sleep hacking to cold exposure, giving you a great jumping-off point - especially if you're a little green to the weird and wacky world of Biohacking.
You might be asking, "Why would I read a book about Biohacking? I could just listen to the podcasts about it (for free, while multitasking...)" Well, it depends on how much you value your time. Books about biohacking are actually a lot more concise way to learn than listening to bunch of podcasts (that you don't pay that much attention to) which often have a bunch of ads in them. Also - a bit of "inside baseball" - authors fact-check what they write in books MUCH MORE THOROUGHLY than podcasters or social media influencers do!
For me, a +13 year Biohacker, a few of the chapters were the "Biohacking basics" to me. However, the chapter I read with keen interest, doing a lot of highlighting, was the one on Biohacking for new parents. My wife and I hope to become parents in the near future and Tony's got some great hacks for a healthier, happier baby + mommy + daddy Biohacking team. Also, the low-histamine diet is something we'll be looking into - learned a few things there.
Thankfully the book is not a nonstop pitch fest of pricey products, it highlights some awesome free/cheap Biohacks. It's an easy, quick read of a few hundred pragmatic pages that won't leave you baffled by delving too deeply into the science underlying Biohacking. You could pick up the book and be on your way to a sharper mind and better body tomorrow!
