As a social worker passionate about helping other social workers heal from trauma and practice better self care, this is a must read! It takes you beyond the individual/micro level and looks at the larger picture of organization and supervisors. It also briefly touches on the larger system messages in the US (could use more) as well as how other countries build laws to support worker in the field. These laws are leaps above what the US is doing.
