Lady Luck

Rate this book
From the moment he laid eyes on her, Tyler Connell was convinced the beautiful stranger at the opposite end of the craps table was his "Lady Luck". Although Tyler couldn't lose at the table, he'd definitely lost his heart. He was a man who got what he wanted and Tyler wanted her.

After placing a bet with incredible odds and winning, Anya was convinced the gorgeous hunk rolling the dice had a Midas touch. He'd won her heart with his mesmerizing dark eyes and dazzling smile and Anya imagined doing a little touching of her own. When she places an ill-advised bet and loses everything, he proposes one last outrageous wager.

With both their hearts on the line, the stakes are high. Is it worth the risk?

Gayl Taylor spent much of her youth daydreaming and making up stories. Life in her imaginary world was full of adventure, intrigue, and romance. Temporarily distracted by real life, marriage, three kids, and the necessary paycheck, she found her way back to writing as a hobby and eventually pursued her dream of being a published author.

Although she still has her day job, at night Gayl writes steamy, sensual romance. Her passion for music and sports feeds her imagination inspiring her to write about smoking hot rock stars, sexy athletes, and the women who bring them to their knees. She has three titles published with Breathless Press, Ride a Cock Horse, part of the Naughty Nursery Rhyme line, Lady Luck, and Tea for Three, part of the Wonderland Tales collection.

A native California girl, Gayl lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her three sons and Ozzy, their aloof but loving cat. She is a self-proclaimed coffee addict, closet rock star, die-hard baseball fan, and hopeless romantic.

Extremely short book - 46 pgs, more of a book-bound short story. Two strangers meet over the Craps table in Las Vegas and find themselves hotly attracted to each other, esp. as they both seem to be bringing each other luck @ the Craps table. Ending totally surprised me and left me wanting to see their story expanded!

It's a hot little short story. A little predictable, but not bad.

This is a short story so that probably plays into my rating. The author wrote a complete short and the story moved in three parts. The sex was good. Guess I wanted more
